We have had this service for 13 years. In the past their service has been excellent. Lately however I can't even get them to return my calls for maintenance service! The technicians have still been very good. The service however has gone way down hill

So first off spent 4,000 to completely replace our hvac, during the install they managed to fall through our garage ceiling from the attic. Ok I told them no prob just fix it. Instead of hiring a professional they did a crappy job them selves and left the job half finished. Then then we realized they didn't check the drainage of the new hvac and it isn't working properly. I called and they told me it would be at least another 1000 to fix! Don't ever use this company, we have been having to pump our ac with a shop vac for two years because they are low life scam artist. Go with anyone

We had contacted Dean on Mar. 2, 2018 regarding an air conditioning issue in one of our rooms. On Mar. 16 two boxes were dropped off to record temperatures in the house. We never heard back from Dean and called to set another appointment. On Apr. 27 (Fri.) Todd came out (45 minutes late), to go over the readings on the boxes. What he told us could have been handled with a phone call to us, because after his explanations, he said we had to set another appointment to have the air flow checked. He said we would receive a call the following week - probably Mon. When we didn't receive a call by Thurs
