Dr. Kindra J. Ingram, Chiropractor, is a Silver Spring native, whose passion has always been to provide help for individuals in need. It was not until her final year at Spelman College, in Atlanta Georgia, did she developed a specific interest in health care forms which used a natural approach to healing.
Taking personal stock in your health is something that everyone has either done or thought about at some point. What can keep us from making this investment a reality could be people, events or other life changes that may have changed our priorities or perspective. I had a positive experience working with Dr.Ingram and her team while I was on the Chiro Thin program. This has been the first weight lost program that I have been able to loose inches in my hips and waist, while having a balanced diet that I am able to maintain on my own. I would highly recommend this program if you are willing to put in the work; you will definitely be pleased with your results and live a healthier lifestyle.

Started seeing Dr. Ingram after debilitating pain in my back and shoulder. After about four visits, the pain ended but I also started having pain in my hip and leg. I've been seeing her for over a month and the pain went from a 10 to zero. Winding down to finish my treatments with her, but I had a really good experience with her and her treatments and recommend her. The office adheres to all COVID requirements. Masks are required, they take your temperature before your appointment and asked COVID screening questions. There's rarely any other people in the waiting room with you - the treatment rooms

I had such a great experience with this facility. Staff is nice. She is very responsive to requests, and she is punctual. The worst thing that can happen when you have to have multiple appointment is having to sit and constantly wait to be seen. The office is very clean, and I am making so much progress. Thank you Align Spine!

I have been going to Dr. Ingram for the past 3 years. Whenever I tightness in my neck or lower back pain, she helps me to get moving again. The facility is clean., the staff is friendly, and there is very little wait time. Dr. Ingram is very attentive and responsive to your level of pain. I value her opinion and have brought my mom & daughter to her too.

Dr. Ingram is wonderful. I am fairly young but have, or should I say had, chronic lower back pain and degenerating disks near the top of my spine. Since being in her care I have made tremendous strides. She is extremely professional and knowledgable; able to answer all of my questions in a digestible way. We have tried different types of treatment to truly give me the most benefits and I confident we can conquer all my issues. The worst place ever. Don't visit them !!!! The front desk person hang up the phone on me because she couldn't help me. They gave me an appointment, but they were closed on that day. And, they told me to start over the process and pay for it again. The doctor was so aggressive, and hard to communicate with. She gets angry when I ask her a question or I make her repeat when she talks. I highly discourage everyone to get service. I wish there is zero stars!!!!
