To activate your personal credit or debit card, set or change your PIN, or if you have issues with your card, call: 800.862.0760. We will respond to your email within one business day. Today's experience can be added to the numerous great interactions I've had with HHCU! I made it in during a less busy time, around 2 pm, and Sheila was immediately available to help.
With her help, I was able to open a new account, apply for an HHCU credit card, and even refinance my auto loan a whole 10% lower than what I was paying before! Sheila was incredibly helpful and nice through the whole process.

I go to pay for my food on a Saturday and card is declined. Plenty of money in the account. They froze my card. Reason? I have no clue, since they didn't give me the courtesy to call me first, send an email or a push notification in this age of technology. No excuses why you don't contact someone BEFORE locking their card. I called number on back of the card. Of course I can't talk to anyone because it's Saturday. So you got time to lock cards on a Saturday but no time to notify a customer. That's not good service. I'll be looking for another bank.

Well, how do I begin? I am a SERVER so I get a ton of ones on a daily basis. Whenever I bring these in the women who work there get very frustrated! One woman even told me to organize the ones by putting them the same way (which she had stated in a very very unfriendly way). She was annoyed that she had to count them, however, there is a counting machine that she could have used!!!! She didn’t even use it!!!! She had the worst attitude. Also, my bank account got hacked twice during the summertime along with a few other individuals who banked there. So, I had decided to start banking somewhere

Been with this bank for over four years and had too many issues to count. Rude customer service. CONSTANT issues with fraud charges and not returning the funds. Poor Security as well - I received several email notices over the years that their information had been hacked and patrons needed to pay close attention to their account activity the next fews days until the issue was resolved. Very Poor Credit Union.

Been with them for over ten years, and now going to pull my bank accounts from this organization. Staff used to be friendly, but customer service has absoulty dissolved. Had a teller angry I was depositing a check 15 mins before closing. When asked to talk to the BM, was told she does not see customers after a certain time. Just called phone line, and the woman was rude and unhelpful, because I should have known already. With drawing my money, and going over to another bank.
