Our mission is to provide clients with solutions to the personal and financial challenges of aging and disability. We offer our clients a safe place to tell their stories, then provide experienced legal counseling as well as access to community resources which can assist with other needs. Run away, don’t walk from this law firm ! Total incompetence and integrity from Mr. Ken Boyer. We are out several thousands of dollars for documents with the wrong name for a trustee. It was brought to his attention before signing and he still got it wrong. Now he wants more money to correct his mistakes. Seek legal services elsewhere !!!

Boyer&Boyer did all our legal documents 6 years ago, we thought maybe we needed to update them. The attorney Andrew Boyer was amazing getting us through the Medicaid maze for my mother. There were some cloudy issues that he guided and clarified for us. His advice was accurate and detailed. Dana, his assistant, helped us immensely answering all questions quickly and keeping us abreast on the progress of the application as well as informing us of some possible blockades. We were so fortunate to have their guidance so that our mother was able to be in a safe place quickly. We were fortunate to find them through recommendation of others.

Had a great experience! We needed to protect our kids should something ever happen to us and weren't quite sure how the process would go, Andy had a very simple explanation of what to expect and then asked lots of in depth questions to completely understand our situation. We have very crazy schedules with 2 kids, they accommodated us with a Web conference meeting and then sent us everything to review, we had another quick call to make some minor changes to our documents and then met in person to sign everything.
