Emma Diamond of the residential lettings team is efficient and effective, always available and helpful, and this year she has saved us a packet. Liasing with the landlord next door (who isn't with Mighty House - yet) while we were away, she quietly solved our long-running roofing saga by organising another roofer to do the job - at half the cost - saving us £250 each. Taking advantage of Mighty House's full management service is paying dividends!

We have been mightily impressed with the service provided by Beccy and Emma in setting up our property with a new tenant and arranging work and repairs for us whilst absentee landlords. They have gone the extra mile to keep both us and the new tenant happy and to get things moving!

I am renting with Mighty House for the first time and the lettings team, Emma and Beccy, have provided me with the best experience I've had letting to date. They are professional, knowledgable, hard-working, and often go above and beyond. Most importantly though they have treated me like a human being, and not just an income source. I feel respected and supported which has allowed me to relax and enjoy my new home.
