Lewiswood Farm is an agricultural farm and barn located on 80 acres of southern pines and hardwoods, owned by John and Debra Lewis and their sons, Jeremy and Jesse. Located just 10 minutes from Tallahassee, Lewiswood Farm is primarily a tree farm, wildlife habitat, and wood processing operation. We have recently begun offering a section of Lewiswood Farm, including the large wood barn, on a limited basis, to host events.
Every piece of lumber for the rustic 3720 square foot barn was harvested and milled by John himself, taking several years to complete. The climate-controlled barn and surrounding acreage create the perfect setting for weddings, company picnics, family reunions or any event for which a casual, relaxing atmosphere is desired.

Services
Lewiswood Farm, a functioning tree farm, wildlife habitat and firewood processing operation has been owned by the Lewis Family since the boys were very young. John, one of twelve children, was raised in Woodville on a farm and Debra was raised nearby on a plantation. So the country life is all they have ever known!

This venue is absolutely stunning. We couldn’t have had a more perfect day. If you’re looking for simple southern elegance this is your venue. The bridal room was very accommodating with plenty of plugs and mirror space. At many points throughout the day we had up to 12 people in and out and it was very doable. The AC in the barn worked so well which is very important especially during hot summer months. The acreage was beautiful and made for a perfect backdrop for photos. You may even see deer roaming around as we did. Plenty of parking for large weddings and a pretty spacious kitchen for

Lewiswood Farm was AMAZING and PERFECT for our wedding day! We were a COVID wedding that got rescheduled 3 times. I called Lewiswood just 5 months before the wedding because my original venue was still closed. Debra emailed me back the same day I contacted her and got me in that week to view the venue. I fell in love and signed the next day! Debra was fantastic on making sure everything was on time and as planned. She answered my countless emails and phone calls. The Barn is absolutely magical for the reception. The waterfall where we had the ceremony was breathtaking. I continue to get comments

While my purpose for being at Lewiswood Farm was a very sad and somber occasion (the memorial services of a lifelong friend and the Lewis family's baby brother "JJ") I was very impressed with this beautiful venue and could see that it was built with love and attention for it's true purpose. Which is obviously celebrations of any kind but especially Weddings.
The Limestone waterfall is the perfect backdrop to watch two people join together as one in holy matrimony. The huge "Barn" is perfect for the reception and there's plenty of parking available.
