Zimm-O-Matic Manufacturing Company was established in the early 1970's by the Zimmerman family. In the beginning, we were primarily involved in the manufacture of automatic barn equipment and feeding units. Several years later we became involved in the truck and trailer industry, and in 2004 we formed a Limited Liability Company becoming Zimm-O-Matic LLC.
We install custom built truck deck plates & airline boxes made out of polished stainless or aluminum as well as custom fabricated light boxes and bars. Custom fabricated aluminum underbody boxes can be made in almost any size. With over 25 years experience in modifying wheel bases for trucks, we have the expertise to safely modify your truck to accommodate your trucking requirements.
If you are a manufacturing shop and need to outsource overflow work or are just in need to some general metal fabrication, consider Zimm-o-matic. We custom fabricate aluminum under body boxes for trucks, custom toolboxes and other parts made out of metal. Since we need to stock metal for our fabrication department, we also make it available for sale.
Our #1 goal at Zimm-o-matic is to provide you with quality parts. Among a number of other specialties, we focus specifically on Shurlok tarp kits, many of which we have on hand for replacement. We stock a broad range of replacement inventory ready for shipment.
