The equipment they rent is very old and wore out. alarms wouldn't shut off, seat belt was cut, had no power.I expected more when you pay there high prices, I couldn't use what i rented and had to go to Springfield to rent one the would work. When i told them about it they just blew it off and said nothing.

Grand rental rents a vehicle transport that was too small and could not be used. I returned trailer within 3 hours and explained to his assistant why I couldn't use the transport and he stated he couldn't refund my money without Aaron's permission. I stopped in twice and explained again the employee told me to call U haul. The service rep from U haul instructs me to see Aaron at Grand to resolve the issue so I did and Aaron would not give any credit and was very rude. They have lost a good customer not to mention no more business referrals as well.

We used their tents and other services for our outdoor wedding and everything was perfect! All of our guests were comfortable and my husband and I were pleased with how great everything look and how easy the setup/tear down were. We definitely recommend Grand Rental Station and will be using them again in the future.

I was sent here from Springfield to pick up an auto-transport trailer, but I couldn't make it on the day it was scheduled. Called to reschedule and the guy on the phone said everything was set. I come in on the day I had rescheduled for to find that my reservation had been cancelled, no equipment was there available for me, and I had to drive to Marion to pick up my equiment.

Purchased a used cub cadet mower from them and asked would this mower make it through the next two months of summer and told oh yes it's a good mower. WRONG didn't last two weeks. Took it back to have staff look at why the left control of the zero turn wouldn't work. Two days later I call to see what's wrong with the cub cadet and they tell me " it's a spring that they don't carry in stock, sorry" took the mower to a cub cadet dealer in town and told the transmission was shot and around 1,200 to repair.
