We provide general contracting and construction management services to Reylenn Properties and to third party developers on a selective basis.

The Reylenn team provides full development services from project conception through delivery to the market. A recently completed project performed by the Reylenn team was the Avino development located in the Carmel Valley area of San Diego. The site is a core property in the Pacific Highlands Ranch master-planned community and was slated for 473 multi-family residences with a 50% inclusionary affordable component.
