Everyone should have an "estate plan." At minimum, every single person should have a well-drafted will. I've seen first hand both the benefits of a proper estate plan and the pitfalls of failed or completely lacking planning. The question should be which type of estate plan, not whether I need an estate plan.
The loss of a loved one is an emotional, difficult time that we all face. When you combine that experience with the added duty of handling the probate process, it can be that much more stressful. Hiring an experienced probate attorney who can walk you through the process and relive your burden can be invaluable.

A Washington State Limited Liability Company provides an owner or owners a combination that is hard to beat: ease of administration, and robust protection from liability. Ease of Administration: An LLC is the easiest form of legal entity to create, aside from a sole proprietorship. It is relatively inexpensive to create (one time filing fee of $200) and relatively inexpensive to maintain (annual report filing of $85).
