Breezeville Yoga was founded by Frank "Breeze" Smith with the singular dream of bringing unity and yoga to Montgomery. Breeze aims to both introduce yoga to new clients and deepen the practice for those with more experience with his love and enthusiasm for teaching and learning. Super nice people made me feel great even though I was not as advanced as others in the class.
I have really enjoyed all of the classes I have gone to and I will go to more! Participated in the free hot vinyasa class yesterday that Breeze offered as a gift to the community. I absolutely loved it. The yoga house is beautiful and the class was challenging. His laid back, accepting style is wonderful.

Services
Breeze came to yoga for health and fitness and found a life changing path. He taught yoga classes for 7 years in the federal prison system changing many lives, including his own. Breeze believes all yoga styles and practices have something to offer and has worked to bring teachers and students together from a variety of yoga disciplines to provide his students with a unique, transformative experience.
Yoga classes involve physical movements, as well as an opportunity for relaxation ad relief of muscular tension. All physical exercise programs involve a risk of injury. By choosing to participate in yoga classes, you voluntarily assume a certain risk of injury. If at any time during the class you feel discomfort or strain, gently come out of the posture you're in and inform your teacher immediately.
Each Sunday afternoon John and Patti will take you on a journey with a guided meditation and several Restorative yoga poses. As you relax into each pose, they move around the room and play instruments from around the world to relax your body and mind. In a deep state of rest, far from the stressed fight-or-flight reactive mode, the body's parasympathetic nervous system will begin to heal and repair within.
This is a perfect date night activity for couples who want to reconnect with their partner on a deeper level. This special couple's meditation and sound bath will recharge your mind and body while harmonizing your souls for a stronger intuitive connection. It is time to take a break from the kids, work, and chores; do something for yourself that will ripple through and calm every part of your life.
Strengthen your asana practice and improve your confidence with this very special 2 hour Yoga alignment workshop. You can join Breeze, owner of Breezeville Yoga, for this intimate experience where he will help you to develop a clear understanding of how to apply key alignment concepts to your unique physical structure.

This is a beautiful studio off of Forest Ave near downtown Montgomery. They offer Yin, Hatha, Hot, Chair, Flow & Restorative classes! They also have Kundalini, Sound healing & Meditation workshops. I love this place. It feels like you're in another world when you walk through the doors. Whether you are a beginner or even if you are advanced, this intimate yoga studio is for you!

This is a great studio. I dropped in for a class during a short business trip to the area. The studio is beautiful, the Instructor (Hannah I believe) was amazing! I did Level 2 Hot Yoga. It was full but not crowded and it was SO HOT! I felt very welcomed even though I had never been there before. There are mats, towels and water available. After class while I waited for my Uber, Hannah waited with me so I wouldn't be alone. I will be returning to this studio during my next business trip.

I'm out here for only a month but I am digging breezeville yoga. I have done yoga a few times in the past but I was never hooked on it and only tried it maybe once a year. Some friends convinced me to go and it was the best decsion! I am having a ton of fun and I feel comfortable there at the studio trying and sometimes failing at the different positions. Their instructors are awesome and they care about you and your experience. If you have never gone go take a class with Breeze! He is awesome and I love his leading style.
