They always respond right away and have always been a pleasure to work with. Best State Farm agent I have had and have been with State Farm for 34 years. Just the other day I sent an email after 5 as I work nights. Bill got the email as he was shutting down. I didn’t expect to hear from him until the following day. He called me back right away and opened his computer terminal and helped me get what I needed taken care of after hours. I've had my insurance with Bill Colbert and his team for 10+ years. His rates are great for my Wooden/Frame home out in the "country" with no fire hydrants! Very responsive to vehicle change requests and at answering any questions I may have. Bill also has great rates on Antique/Classic Car policies! Check him out for your resto-mod projects!
