The small projects is what we specialize in. From changing a light bulb to hanging pictures, we are here to give you your weekends back. Weather you are looking to replace flooring in one room, or the whole house, we can handle your floor work. Don't wait until the last second to find someone you trust to install your shutters in a time of need.
We offer a lot, but if you have a special request or unusual project, please feel free to ask! Changing light bulbs, air filters, or smoke detector batteries. Hang some hooks, or a picture or two. There is nothing too small for Chad to take on - as long as it's large enough for him to see it. Just because we have "Handyman" in our name, does not mean we are limited in skill.
While plenty of "Handyman" say they can do repairs, what really matters is getting it done right. This is why we offer an extended warranty, for all of our labor and materials we provide. From drawer hardware to toilet handles, we stand behind the products we provide. And for those projects with bigger needs, we also sell cabinets, tile, and more - direct from the manufacturer.
Chad has been in the construction industry a long time, and with that maturity, he has a lot of experience with other companies. Therefore we have partnered with every specialty trade to address your every home repair need. From HVAC to Plumbing, we have developed an extensive list of vetted professionals for those specialty repairs that need extra care.
Painting is the easiest way to change the mood of the space. Make the atmosphere go from feeling wide open and filled with excited energy, to cozy and relaxed where you can feel safe from the outside world. It all depends on the feelings you are trying to evoke when using the space. Lots of steps go into the satisfying process of painting, way before you crack open the can.

Never ever use this company!!!! UNDISCLOSED to me, They sent me an invoice for $125 for them to give me an estimate for work & assumed I would accept their crazy estimate of over $4200 without even consulting me. I have owned 8 homes & never have I paid for an estimate for work to be done.

I’m so very happy with the all of the work that was done in my home. Chad and his team transformed my very dated condo to an absolutely beautiful vacation home.
They removed ceiling popcorn, painted the interior, removed existing tile and installed a beautiful luxury vinyl flooring.

Amazing job! I called Chad the Handyman after reading reviews.I needed a tray ceiling conversion, my appointment was made within a week!!! Sam my technician came on time, was polite, respectful to me and my home, intelligent knowledgeable and patient in answering all of my questions. The job was done to perfection. Sam and Ben are my usual service pros and they are honest, reliable and trustworthy. I used Chad the Handyman to put together some Ikea furniture and hang a few things at my mother's new place in a retirement complex. I called 2 handyman services that I found on Google and the team at Chad called me back right away. (The other place never called me back at all BTW). The 2 guys who came out, Sam and Josh, were both excellent and very professional. They did a great job and were very easy to work with. I highly recommend them.

We needed work done on our shower, stair railings, and a pocket door. The technician was personable, knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. He explained what was necessary to get the job done and the final fee. He did a fine job that same day!
The staff at the office is great as well. I forgot her name, but she handles phone inquiries and the work orders. She is responsive and calls when she promises to call!

Called and spoke to a woman who answered the phone "Hello?" Not the best start. She told me that she would have one of their guys call me back. I never received a call. I called again a week later. "Hello?" I explained who I was and why I was calling. She was surprised that I never got a call and assured me that she would have someone get back to me within an hour. I never got a call back. At this point I would not want these people to work on my house. Would you?

I called this place and told them I needed to get jobs completed that I had started. I gave them the info and they said it would be the next week. I said I couldn't wait. I received a call back saying they could come the next day. The list the guy brought only had part of the items and the prices were really high. So He updated the list and then talked to his boss. Who told him it was too much electrical and recommended an electrician. I needed the electric done first so I told him no thank you. His boss sent him back in asking me to pay a $60 service call. Can't say enough good things about RYAN from CTH! to build me a bench and a shiplap wall in my new home. Their professionalism and focus on customer satisfaction was beyond our expectations. Told me they did not work on wood framed houses, which I discussed in previous review, and now I have an invoice for work they did on my garage????? When I called in they said that I had signed both the quote and invoice, the quote did have a signature but sure as hell wasn't my signature, oh and also said they had a date on when the work was done???? So a few things may be happening here...the forging of signatures and trying to get paid for doing no work at all (I will be diving

I hired Chad and his team for several tasks, small to large. For small - He repaired weather stripping, put togther a pesky DIY closet kit, and attended to a list of other homeowner jobs that are periodically and annoyingly necessary.
