PNW Metal Recycling

I called five minutes before I entered their facility I was quoted $.30 a pound for aluminum cans and was only paid $.25 a pound, I was not told that they don’t deal in change only in dollar bills and they round down if there’s any change involved. When they took my aluminum cans, there was no way to tell the scale weight in the nonferrous building where they were doing the weighing and when I got back to the scale house to check out they told me that I’d only brought in 8 pounds of aluminum cans… By which time it was too late to say or do anything because I was at a different location

I hauled a load of scrap in here for a customer. The yard was very clean (no flat tires!), everyone was helpful & professional. The operators were very skilled and did a great job unloading my brand new truck and new 53' trailer without even a scratch!

Never bring cans in here you have to dump them in to a 400lbs + ben then they rip you off

Fast, efficient, knowledgable and all around great crew of ppl to work with. Pays well too.
They help and teach you (with patience) what to keep , the worth, the difference and the in's and out's of properly doing so. All with a smile and great additude. They are NOT judgemental, rude or inappropriate mannered. It is a great experience every time.

Josh was always professional and helpful. Today I went in to junk my my car. It was sad, but I needed to move forward with the entire ordeal.
Got the truck, trailer & car on the scale and weighed. We were then instructed by Shawnee to take the car out to a specific area, sit and wait until the car was picked up by "Thee Claw". I watched as the giant claw just picked up the car from the top

Copper price check a man answers the phone says it's $0.75 a pound. If you call for a price check they're going to lie to you just to get your business it's $0.35 a pound the women behind the counter complete disrespectful and when I commented about it they threaten me one of the girls behind the counter literally threatened me while I'm in the middle of getting paid for the cans I dropped off excuse me you already entered into a business deal with me you're going to pay me you're not threatening me that you're not going to do business with me you already have my cans you're giving me my money

Been there 3 times,never going back.very rude people,overly picky about what they take advert in organized. Obviously needs new management
