We are pet and family friendly offering 30 and 50 amp hookups with water, sewer, trash, and access to shower house. We have a coin-op laundry room. So if you're passing through; going to school; waiting for your home to be built; or just an RV'er for life. Check us out. Don't know the parks history but our impressions were that the three pull through spots available are the only ones not occupied by full timers. The sewer was not available and the price was supposed to be $50. Easy on and off from I-90 interchange. Fair amount of traffic and airport noise and there are port-a-potties outside the "bathhouse" which i did not explore. Jessica was very personable

Wow there website looks awesome . You call to make a reservation and phone is disconnected. The photos look great and inviting when I arrived every thing in photos was there but delapitated non maintained. I cannot find the words to describe the restrooms and showers . I would much rather pee on a tree and bathe with a garden hose. Park roads are awful the landscaping is well like the restrooms sites have no marking the road is super narrow making very difficult to back into a narrow space. And crooked trailers on both sides. Alot of the spots people have been here for years. Trailers and motor

I would like to respond to Rich the fire bug there he tried to burn down the house, but he and his common law wife showed up without a reservation and the managers were kind and they offered them a place overnight till they fixed a spot for them. They moved next to us and we shared a meal with them and they tried to steal our baking sheet. Great impression!! So then they refused to fill out paperwork so they could stay long term and then just decided not to pay nor move. They were up to all hours of the day and night and neither the tabs on their trailer were good nor on their California license

I am the new manager here and I know it seems odd to only give it 3 stars; but I have no illusions over what I have taken over so all though we are not a 5 star yet....... I am happy to say that there is alot going on we are slowing fixing things little by little and with all older properties when you fix one thing 2 more break. We are doing our best to listen to our customers and welcome the input or ideas on how to make it better. We have made some changes so far and have many more in mind for the future.
