I had a great experience today with this fieldprint store as they were very fast getting the work done, less than 5mn, multitasking with the number of customers. That’s was impressive!!! 1 of the staff member named Michael helped me to proceed. Michael is very efficient, professional, respectful, & helpful. The other staff member & manager were also very respectful, professional, efficient & helpful.

Don't have pictures but this is and will remain my one stop for all things Fax and mailing. The staff is Old school professional and so personable. Anything you can think of re mail/packaging is here. They actually *answer their phone and are capable of forming full sentences*. Excellent customer care.

Terrible experience, please do not use this service. I went to PDQ to deliver a package and I paid in full for that service to PDQ. Not only they did not deliver the package to its destination, it came back to me without notice. As they do not want to refund me, they are forcing me to send the package anyway, without guarantee of delivery.
The person at the desk and answering the phone should not be working in customer service in any capacity. I went to their office to understand what went wrong, and they were deliberately disrespectful, calling me names and hung up the phone when I called.

Not really happy with this place. I did some shipping and that went well. I decided to use them for my summer mail (I work out of the country in the summer and traditionally use a PO box from the Post Office). They were very helpful and seemed to understand my unique situation and I thought that they had explained the process to me, I signed some papers that they notarized and they told me the address change would be taken care of. 1/2 way through the summer, due to an unexpected opportunity I came home for several days... only to fine no mail in my box, and my home mail box stuffed with mail

This is the only place i use for shipping and the like, and now that they are having a 25th anniversary, I thought it was time for me to give a rave review since I have been using them for 23 years myself! I have had them ship valuable oil paintings, dishes and glasses, gifts, a laptop computer, and much more, copy documents, notarize important items , solve all kinds of problems for me, and they have great service. Dropped off letter to China last Sat. DHL best carrier and was told they wouldn't pick up til Mon. No problem. Mon comes and no tracking. Tues comes and no tracking.
I email them Tues night and they said:
"Sorry about that. DHL was scheduled to pick up on Monday, but never came for the pickup (first time that ever happened), and our pickup confirmation note was on top of your letter envelope, so we didn't notice it until late yesterday afternoon. I have already rescheduled the pickup for today, and we will make sure that they get it today. "
So my Sat drop off is not

Owner is rude and unhelpful and I was charged $2 for a print-out of a FedEx label even though it's supposed to be a free service if you are an authorized FedEx drop-off location. When I asked if he could just scan the bar code in my email, he specifically asked me to email it to him to print, hence the charge. When I asked why I was being charged he said, "I don't make money on prepaid shipments."
