Services
We have what you need! We treat patients of all ages and experiences! We offer a host of techniques and modalities tailored to the needs of our patients. Chiropractic is great for everyone from the professional athlete to the weekend warrior, as well as children and expecting mothers throughout their pregnancy.
Our goal is to get our patients well, but just as importantly, to keep them well. We want you to stay healthy and need us as little as possible. Patient education and learning to listen to what your body is telling you is key. It is much easier to avoid health issues as best we can, and this is where wellness care comes in.
It's your first time to the office, so here's what happens. You are probably coming to see a chiropractor because you are in pain, and want to be rid of it as fast as possible. There is always paperwork. Fortunately, it only takes a few minutes to fill out before we get started. It will cover most of the information we need from you about why you are coming in, and some other important health info.
Why an adjustment? The most common reason to need a chiropractor is that there is a trauma to the joint or tissues surrounding it. Trauma which can be caused by anything from falling down, to running to far, to standing or sitting too long at work. With that trauma, your body locks the injured joints and muscles down and brings inflammation to the area.
Other people are asking. So you are new to chiropractic care and aren't sure what to expect. I've heard you "crack backs." What does that even mean? As a chiropractor, we use our hands to move the joints of the body, most commonly in the spine. The movement is very minimal, and quick. This causes some of the gas in the joint to escape causing that "popping" or "cracking" sound, which may or may not be heard.

Dr. Richardson has a great touch when it comes to adjusting. He's highly motivated and skilled. I left after each adjustment feeling more whole and in tune physically with zero pain. Amazing doctor, I whole heartedly recommend him to anyone who is in the area!
