If I could, I would give a negative star. The lady with a southern accent keeps calling our company for Janitorial Services and each time, I tell her that we are not interested in the service. Today, she calls again and so I hung up. It is an advertisement so I can hang up whenever I want to. Then she calls back asking if I was the same person who just hung up and I told her "yes" then she says she is going to keep that in mind when she talks to my manager. First of all, she is trying to sell US her services yet she is talking rudely at this point then hangs up. I call back trying to ask her if
