What a pleasure! I had a shower pan that needed to be repaired. It was urgent, as it was for a tenant with no other shower. I texted Garrison, and he replied promptly. Set up a date right away. It was over Christmas, so I was very pleased that he got to it within a week!
Not only did he complete it quickly, he had his brother come on NEW YEARS DAY to grout it! The final product was beautiful and was done quickly.
Hale Tile are artists, pricing is fair, and they come when they say they will. Really you can't ask for any better.

Ed Hale did two tricky repair jobs for me --one on a bathroom wall that had been opened up due to a plumbing problem, the other a flooring repair of floor tiles which became loose--and both had excellent results. He was dependable and meticulous, and even sent me photos which of the work-in-progress. I will hire Hale Tile and Stone to replace all the ceramic flooring in my house with LVP. They really take care of their customers!

I contacted a few floor installation contractors but apparently my walk-in closet project was too small for most to respond to me. Thankfully, Garrison was thoughtful enough to respond and he was happy to work on our project. He did such a great job and is just an all-around great person so we're happy to have him work with us on the rest of our home renovation projects. He really loves what he does and it shows in his craftsmanship. He is trustworthy, responsive, punctual, hard-working and respectful. I highly recommend him!

Everything about working with Garrison was great. Before deciding to go with him, he was very engaged and patient in educating me on the process. His quote was good and he stood by it and never tried to change it. Every time commitment he made he honored. His attitude was great and he was always friendly and courteous. Garrison did an exceptional job on our bathroom, shower and bedroom. He was professional, affordable and worked at a good pace. We used some of his materials and some of our own. His materials were high quality and seem like they will withstand the traffic of my family. I can definitely tell he pays attention to the small details. I'm so glad we went with him.
