Ordered a landscape pro im March 2021 was told will see im may the dealer called me to tell me it's not made yet and the price is noe 13 percent more so they split the cost with me then they where told it would be would be June still no trailer now being told Sept and the price went up again another 1800 dollars and the was told by dealer if it dosent come in October its going up to 40 percent sure trac should be investigated for price gouging terrible customer service

I would not buy one. My dad bought one and the axle broke with in 600 miles on. Sure Trac and the dealership that sold it to him decided it was never overloaded. And has not done anything about it. It has been sitting up at eds auto in Union City Michigan . Out side since the last week in may and now it is the last week of July 2021 which my dad always would keep it inside. And we are getting the run around from eds and sure Trac won't cover the warranty because they don't build the axles I was planning on buying one but I won't buy a sure Trac or from Eds auto of union City.

I ordered a new 2020 dump trailer in November and picked it up in January and am already having some problems. When I first picked it up about halfway home my trailer light fuse blew in my truck. Easy fix but should not have happened. I used the trailer while it was raining out and water got through the marker light seal and burnt the light up. The first time I used the tarp about 2 months after I got it, the 2 hooks to secure the tarp on the back of the trailer broke off because the bolts rusted through. Then when I greased the trailer the grease zerk for the bed tilt broke off in the gun. Overall

Im on the fence with this trailer ( 12x8 utility trailer with 3 boards up). It's has many pros and cons. I bought it 2 or 3 years ago. Always stored in a barn never out in the weather.
CONS: powder coat is horrible the day I bought it drove it home and parked it I seen crack and flake. ( Not covered in warranty I found out). Trailer is rusting and can see the spots and color over the powder coat. The wires for the orange light are pulled tight and rubbed on the cross member( cut the wire) so I have to replace wires. Also had some lights pop out of there holes.

I purchased two SureTrac trailers in the last 3 years. In 2017 I bought an 11 ton deckover trailer (22,000 gvw). It has the flip ramps in the rear. We are really hard on our trailers at work, typically towing bobcats, excavators and everything in between. We definitely don't take it easy on these trailers, and the SureTrac has held up great. The wood decking has held up to the abuse along with the trailer frame and all suspension components. It has a heavy duty jack that is not undersized for the trailer. I would highly recommend a SureTrac trailer to anyone looking for a heavy duty trailer that

I’ve purchased three (3) new SureTrac trailers in the last twelve months including a 16,000# dump, tandem axle tilt and single axle tilt. No question that the trailers are well built and have very slick features. But, the company touts outstanding customer service. Don’t believe that part one bit. One of the tilt trailers came with an incorrect positioned jack. I explained the situation in detail and provided pictures showing the unworkable low position of the jack. The company rep said that wasn’t a defect and refused to replace the jack with the proper part.
