My son’s clutch cable on his 1995 BMW R1100RA snapped and Jay helped craft a custom bushing to help him get back on the road with his new clutch cable. Very patient and went out of his way to find a solution for us. We are out of town customers just in town for a USCG graduation and the BMW shop in Chesapeake did not have the part we needed. Highly recommend visiting Turner’s!

Great people to deal with. I first checked with a dealer closer to home on a ATV, I got a quote, and thought it had a lot questionably high fees in it. Contacted Turner’s, and ended up getting an larger engine, upgraded model for hundreds less than the other dealer! Not to mention the freight and setup cost were less than half what the other dealer was going to charge me. I will make the 2 1/2 hour drive to buy from Turner’s from now on.

Great service for that I'll give 2 stars. To have my lawn mower blade sharpened they said they were going to call me when it was ready but never did. After examining my blade I didn't like the results, the blade is not balanced the cut angles are not uniform and I have to go home and and file out the burrs.

I was looking for a place to service my Honda and found this location. First, they tried to sell me a service package which I didn't need. Second, they agree to provide service for a diagnostic charge, plus any parts at retail, and a labor charge not to be less than $40. I gave them permission for the service. It was supposed to take two days. It took two weeks. When I got my Honda back I later found out that I had been seriously over charged and the problem wasn't even fixed. When I called them back to have them revisit the issue and make the correction they wanted to fix the problem and collect

What first drew me to Turner Honda was their high rating on the internet. So I chose to take my ATV to them. And sure enough my experience at their Service and Parts Dept was really outstanding. Very professional and courteous folks. They were wry knowledgeable of the parts and service needed for my 2019 Rancher.
The technician, Tom did a great job in fixing the discrepancy on the ATV and his work was meticulously done. He took the time to explain to me the procedure to fix it. You can tell he is passionate and have pride of his work.

My husband and I were on vacation. We were spending the night in Elizabeth City on 10/5/18. We went to dinner and on our way back to the hotel room we ended up getting a nail in the rear tire.
The next day we took the bike to Turner Honda around 1:30pm. They were closing at 2pm. Everyone in the dealership was so nice and offered the best customer service. They stayed late to help us. They installed a new tire so we would be able to head home to Delaware the next morning!
We can't thank you enough for all you did to help us!! It's so nice to meet such nice, helpful, and professional people! Especially

I have bought numerous Bikes on and off road,ATV's and even a mower from them over the years and must say the reason i return is because of the quality of service. They are friendly and helpful but what sets them apart from anyone else is the way in which they do it. Its not just a please and thank you kind of help.
