I have been in the staffing business for twenty years. My first job was driving a bus delivering temporaries to work. I am the epitome of learning the staffing business from the bottom to the top. The progression was from bus driver, recruiter, office manager, regional manager and finally my own company.

The prompt attention given to the our Associates helps maintain a satisfied productive workforce and reduces turnover.

When CFA associates arrive on site, they will have been through your client specific orientation and safety training. They will arrive aware of the dress code and PPE requirements. Office and On-site managers continually train and evaluate our associates.

Pre-shift information and safety meetings, vigilant observation of safety and productivity compliance and ongoing cross-training give CFA clients the flexibility to move our associates where needed.CFA understands the importance of security and we can expertly integrate your safety procedures into our onboarding process.

Regard for the safety of CFA Associates and the employees of our customers is the most important responsibility of our organization. We intend to prevent any accidental injury, property damage, fire damage and occupational illness. Accidents, even minor ones cause pain, both physical and mental.
