We will review your rental unit and verify its condition prior to occupancy. Our report will fully detail the contents and include images of the property. CNY Asset Management checks all the boxes as it relates to professionalism, responsiveness and quality of service. I have been a renter nearly 3 years. Very rude & unprofessional, they don’t take care of the properties and have raccoons living with you , I called and asked for someone to come out and the man who answer the boss he was rude told me they’d get there when they get there and wouldn’t give me his name when I asked . I would recommend anyone renting

I came to the decision to hire a new property manager for my Syracuse real estate investments two years ago now.
