Merry Mac's Campground

The male owner could be a bit more friendly. Recently sold our site camper, too many visitor restrictions. Many nice upgrades. Lots of activities for the kids.

Very nice campground with lots to do! Well maintained. The owners take great pride in this place and it shows. Pool is meticulously cleaned and maintained, swimming pond equipment is in great shape; grounds are well manicured.

Our kids had a blast. There are a few things that caught us of guard but overall great experience. It's our boys favorite place so far.
The male worker (assuming the owner) was extremely nice and very hard working along with the rest of the staff.

Very clean campground BUT owner and security personnel are rude. They need to learn how approach/treat their guests. We all feel like we walk on egg shells so it's hard to let lose and enjoy yourself. Unfortunately, all 26 families that have been going there for 7 -12 years will now be taking their families elsewhere.

This weekend we camped here and I was a little skeptical regarding the reviews I read. Well the positive is that it's beautiful, clean, nice new pool and lots to do. But that where it stops. You get charged for early setup in our case 35 minand the sites er empty. I even called in advanced to see if we could come without being charged. They said sure so our group headed out and when we got there they charged everyone for early entry except us. We had to got charged for an extra adult which I didn't mind but the other camper had an extra adult never got charged. They don't seem to be consistent

The campground is clean and has lots of activities for the kids. However your campsites are right on top of each other and roads are narrow making it more difficult to get into your site. The pool closes at 8pm…what pool closes that early especially on a weekend?! Most activities close early and you have to pay $20 extra per kid to use the extra amenities which adds up very quickly. We called ahead and asked if our group could come between 2 and 2:30 without being charged an early check in fee we were told yes. Arrive to the campsite at 2:15 and we get charged a $10 early check in fee! We explained

One of the best campgrounds we have stayed at! So well maintained and so much to do for kids! Everything they show on the website is true! I also really loved that they had planned activities on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Very good place to camp. We have there the last three years for WATER WARS prepping for it takes the better part of the day but the water fight is the best. The sites are CLEAN. The activities for the kids are great. The pond , pool and sand areas are CLEAN. Staff is friendly and helpful if they can be. Yes we will keep going back.

We stayed at the campground couple of times this summer. We really like it here. Sides are in small side and not much privacy but fun. Our kids didn't want to play in the pond b/c they saw bugs/warms 😬 but the place looks like so much fun, and I just wished our kids would ignore the bugs and enjoyed inflatables like other kids do. Weekend music was so much fun. Not sure why people are upset about the band playing passed 11pm - relax people and enjoy the fun! You can always get your rest at home. It's hard to please everyone. Wish they didn't charge extra for the wristbands since camping spots

Would actually only give it a 0.5 review. The only positive was the new pool area. It was very nice, pool was cool, plenty big places to sit in shade and sun.
However no lights and closes at 8, very promptly kicked out despite almost 50 people in pool.
Sites are VERY narrow as well as road hard to pull in.
We arrived 45 minutes early. 1 person out of our group of 5 sites called and was told that was ok. 3 of us were charged $10 for early arrival???!!!???
Staff was rude.
Cost of $20 for a bracelet for kids to do activities, not effective if you have a lot of kids.
