Is your property or building ready for a solar system? Shade, roof angle, neighbors, and trees are just a few of the considerations that need to be taken into account when choosing a location for your new solar system. Photovoltaic Systems has the tools and expertise to survey your potential locations, determine the most appropriate options for installing your panels and perform accurate solar site assessments in Wisconsin.
Solar energy systems are designed to gather the sun's energy and transform it into electricity. It only takes six to nine years for a typical solar house in Wisconsin to create enough electricity to offset the initial cost of the solar electric system; depending largely on utility rates. After that, the electricity will be free.
The first step towards a solar electric array at your home or business is to have a free* site assessment done at your property. During the site assessment our employees will survey potential locations and determine what the most appropriate location is for the solar array. They will be checking for shading, roof angle, wiring options, building structure details, electric meter, and load center conditions and location.
The most common choice of solar systems is one that is connected to the electric grid with no batteries. When the sun is out the panels convert sun energy into electricity. If you are using electrical power at that time the electricity from the solar energy systems flows directly to the load. Any excess energy produced at that time flows back to the utility through your electric meter.

We had a 20 KW system (75 solar panels) install by Photovoltaic Systems. Our experience with Jim was amazing. Jim and his staff are experts in all things solar and the installation process went better than I could have imagined. Two years later we have not had a single issue and our system produces clean energy that powers my house and homes around me. I highly recommend Photovoltaic Systems to anybody who wants clean, renewable energy (that should be everybody). You cannot beat this company.
