I had my first acupuncture treatment with Michelle, she was amazing! Very knowledgeable and listens to all your concerns, that is such an art these days. I must admit I was a little skeptical of the procedure but I am still feeling the benefits!! Honestly very surprised at the results, but super happy. I highly recommend this medical clinic everyone is wonderful!

I really appreciate the team at Vida. I initially went in after a bad skiing accident and found a team of integrated professionals who sought not only to get me back to health and alignment, but also to get me back on the slopes. I've continued to go to Vida for regular maintenance ever since. As a runner, Vida has been an integral part of my recovery process - I feel like I partially owe my PR at the Boston Marathon to them. When we are not feeling good and in pain, we need to be heard when we speak about the pain that we are experiencing. And if we get a person that is interested enough to really listen to what's going on, we seem to rest in our minds knowing that this just might be the ticket, the place where one can heal and do it with an interested person. I've been active my whole life but a career transition that lead to more time sitting at a desk has been really rough on my health. Absolutely LOVE Vida Integrated Health-East Madison. All of the staff I have met are very friendly and professional. I Always feel comfortable when I am there and never feel rushed. I have never had trouble with scheduling appointments or with billing. Dr. Emily Anguiano is the BEST chiropractor EVER! She is so sweet and understanding. (Thank you Dr. Emily Anguiano if you see this!). The PT specialists are amazing too! All of the staff are amazing. This place has changed my life completely!

I have been seeing various providers here for PT, chiro, acupuncture and massage and have been extremely satisfied with level of expertise of all the providers. I especially enjoy my PT sessions with Dan and it has been tremendously helpful to resolve pregnancy aches and pains. Front desk is always friendly, attentive and polite. The clinic is clean and kept well. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone.

One of the things that tell a lot about a facility is how they keep their bathroom area and lobby areas. I'm walking into the bathroom very refreshing, clean and made the environment I feel very comfortable. The staff are friendly and courteous. Am I provider ivy, it's been very confident which made me feel good about my treatment. That's just from my first visit, I do believe my follow-up visits would be the same.

I've been going to Vida for about 10 years and am continually impressed by their level of care. Staff that is kind and caring, well organized to get you in and out quickly, and focused on your long term health and well being. Great massage therapists and physical therapists as well as acupuncture and naturopath on staff. Highly recommended!!

I see Dr. Leary Chang at this office and cannot express how grateful I am to have her as a doctor. I came in with complaints of a heavy/painful periods and with her help, I was able to find out quickly that I have endometriosis. On average, it can take women 6-10 years to get a diagnosis and I was able to get one in a matter of months. She also is incredibly intelligent and really looks at your whole body. The whole team is kind and professional, overall I would highly recommend this office!

A Masters athlete you need all the top-end training gear possible. Dr. Clanton is at the top of my list. Dr. Clanton has been "My secret weapon". Getting me through World Triathlon Championships, hamstring tears, stem cell procedures and regular life. I'm not racing triathlon any longer, but I'm trying to beat the "Hell" out of every single day. Thanks to him....I think I'm winning!

I have many on going issues with my shoulders. I became limited and wasn't being active at all after 2 surgeries and a lot of PT. I decided to give PT another try and took my providers recommendation to see Vinh Ching DTP. I am able to work out again and keep moving. Progress made was further than my expectations. Dr. Estabrook is absolutely the BEST chiropractor you will ever see. I have been treated by him for everything from major injuries to minor aches, and he is nothing short of a magician. In addition to his medical brilliance, he is professional, kind, caring, and helpful. I wish every doctor was like Dr. Estabrook. I think I'll cry bitter tears the day he retires (hopefully never! ).

After a year and a half of tailbone pain my spine doctor finally sent me to a chiropractor. Dr Clanton is awesome. After only three sessions my tailbone pain was reduced by at least 60% and after two months it was down to 10%. I only need to see him once a month if even. Their goal is to get you fixed and to not have to see you again. Definitely not your average strip mall chiropractor they are the real deal.

This is the best chiro office ive ever been to. Ive been in multiple accidents and seen several DCs. At NWCC they don't sell you treatment. You come back when you need without an extensive plan (3x a week for 12 weeks) like i had recommended at Hanson Chiro. All of the 4 doctors are amazing. I saw all depending on who had availability. Living in Everett I still make that drive because there is no better chiro office out there.

How sad I have to rely on Yelp to contact a Dr. The staff today told me that office manager is out of town, and has been, as I tried to talk to a manager last week. I was informed that they would not ask the Dr. to call. me. I am to wait for 4 days for the office manager to return, who will then, in turn contact the Dr. A very concerning way to run a medical office. Denying access to the doctor. It would be great if Dr . Pettigrew or Dr. Clanton contacted me.

I had an "OK" experience here. Dr. Gilmore was nice and very thorough, and asked thoughtful questions. He made meticulous notes.
I had a lower back work injury and saw him 4 times. I wasn't getting any better, and there was a Monday I was in a lot of pain. I called that morning to see if I could get in to see ANYBODY and no-one was available until Wednesday! That just wouldn't do, and not helpful at all.
I ended up calling another Chiropractor and got in that day, then continued with him for treatment.

The Chiropractors and Massage Therapist is wonderful. I always feel better after my visits and we talk about the whole body of movement and what to do in between visits to improve my movement. Love Dr. Lew Estabrook for Chiro and Laurel Mitzel for Massage are my first choices but felt Dr. Pettigrew and Dr. Clanton were fantastic too! Front desk and office manager and easy and friendly as well! You need an appointment but we have found we can sometimes get in the same day we call depending on if you are willing to see a different doctor, depending on their schedule. I originally chose this group because my husband had seen Dr. Estabrook for his back after MANY docs. I couldn't get into Dr. Estabrook but was able to see Dr. Gilmore who did a great job fixing my neck/headaches. Now 4 months later, I have IT band/hip flexor pain which was interrupting sleep. I was unable to see Dr. Gilmore immediately and so saw Dr. Pettigrew who diagnosed tight lower back joints. I am seeing both Pettigrew and Gilmore for treatment which has greatly helped. I am now able to sleep well at night. They have also given me some stretching exercises and will continue with those

I had been struggling with a surgery that wasn't successful and I knew in my gut that something was wrong! Dr. Pettigrew believed me and referred me to a physician who would listen. She also followed up with the Dr. to make sure that care was transferred. Because of her, I have received appropriate care that was neglected over the last 3 years.

So far so good! Dr Pettigrew and Dr Clanton are fantastic. They offer early and late appointments, also Saturday appointments. A very direct no nonsense approach to having a healthier more fulfilling life. On my first visit a plan was developed to help me start to feel better instead of being told I would be coming in three times a week indefinitely.

The Chiropractors have all been great... The issues I have (and why this is not a 4) is:
No room for emergencies... I had a car accident and they couldn't fit me in until 4 days later. I was already hurting. I called today and since I hadn't seen them for a while they couldn't fit me in until next week. Those kind of things. Even the doctor's office has room for last minute appointments. So, their scheduling is definitely difficult.
Their front staff is not the friendliest bunch... they are often rushed, can be rude, and it feels like they try TOO hard to be "nice"

I love the doctor hate the receptionists and billing department in the clinic. Two of the front receptionists are very rude almost every time I went. They ask you to pay up front however they don't tell you that if you have a credit on the account. I have over 75 dollars of credit that I am not aware of till the friendly receptionist told me about it. The other receptionists insist on me paying the co-pay next few times when I visited because they don't know how to use the system. The billing department sent you a bill when you owe but they don't sent you a bill when you

I have been going here since the late 1990's. Started out with Dr. Estabrook, saw Dr. Shepherd on occasion (she hes her own office about 20 miles drive away now). Now I see Dr. Pettigrew and Dr. Clanton, except when vacation time rolls around. Great help with my back issues, with speedy resolution then back to an every 6-8 weeks for a checkup/tuneup.

I am very pleased with Dr Clanton every time I got there. He is super nice, explains everything, even though I've been having Chiro care for a long time, and tells me exactly where my problem places are at the time.
The only problem I've had is not being able to get in immediately when my back is hurting. I've always had to wait at least a day if not 3 or 4.
I referred my mother in law there though and she had to wait an hour after her appointment time and they still didn't see her so she left.
