So far so good! I was extremely skeptical about ordering (specifically because of what I wanted), and I had received a weird message from my credit card company for the first time so I was so scared I immediately sent a message (also because I couldn’t find anywhere that you’re *able* to look at tracking) Will (the owner) messaged me back very quickly reassuring me I was going to receive it & it would be packaged quickly. I’m hoping USPS gets here this week— but as far as I know I would order again from here all because of Will! If it comes damaged/opened/expired I’ll leave another review

I have been going over here for 5 year's. When I started going i weighed 130 lbs(i'm up to 150 bc I have trouble gaining weight). I would get sinus infections every spring but not anymore. I'm on a new nutrition plan and I believe the supplements suspended my sinus infections(bc they started in 7th grade and didn't stop until I started taking a certain supplement). I won't go another supplement store.

Amazing customer support. I ordered from California and forgot to add key details on my shipping address so, my package was unable to be delivered… TWICE. I reached out to the support email and Will reached out the next morning and worked with me to get the package re-delivered while sending updates, pictures etc. Would recommend this place to anyone based on how Will handles customer service. Awesome products as well!

I recently placed an order from the Muscle Factory website. My order arrived within a few days, but when I opened the can of Pre-workout powder, it was all stuck together HARD. I then called the store directly and spoke with the owner Will. When I explained what was going on, he apologized to me for any inconvenience, and said that he would be sending me a replacement can.
