Worked with David Crabtree on a purchase of a home. we discovered he was playing both sides to get the deal done, and lied to us on several occasions regarding the Escrow. while I was recovering from being hospitalized in intensive care, he "slid in" some language which removed our options and cost us dearly. Told me one thing, wrote another. Bottom line, i wouldn't trust him to sell my doghouse let alone real property.

Would not trust this company. Liz Mizell, an agent seems desperate for sales. She sent us a letter saying someone was interested in buying our home....even though it wasn't for sale and many in the neighborhood were. Very offensive and unprofessional. This agent and company seem desperate for sales and will do anything to get them. Not trustworthy.

Cheri York!!! This is an agent with some real common sense and zeal. She has a great attitude, while also being very nice and friendly. Cheri has a great amount of experience and education, but more than that she is just real. I like how well she knows her local and surrounding communities. She is very on the ball too, getting back to you very fast with updates and always answering her phone. Buying and selling can be difficult, and with a teammate like her on your side it is so much more seamless. I am excited to finally have the whole process behind me, and a new friend. Thanks Cheri
