Unreliable caregivers not held responsible for not showing up to take care of their client .
Office staff say let me call you back and never do . This leaves family members doing their job
and makes it hard to go to work or even keep a job. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANY ONE THAT NEEDS A CAREGIVER!!!! Caregivers are there to do light house duty around clients area's help bath client and fix them something to eat. Not play on their cell phones while my son and l do their job and they get payed for doing nothing and not forget the methadone aid you send that would pass out in the chair
