Pet Policy - Pets (dogs & cats) are welcome but must be kept on a leash at all times and can not be left unattended outside of rigs. Sorry, due to insurance requirements, no Dobermans, Rottweilers, Pit Bulls, or any mix of these breeds. If your pet demonstrates aggressive behavior, you may be asked to leave the park.

We drove from Albuquerque to Walnut Creek and the last hour or so was a killer. So we decided to spend the night in Patterson. They accommodated us after hours with no problem. Super clean and well kept place. Most RVs were unoccupied, maybe parking and storing? Pretty much had the run of the place. It was quiet in the park. Could hear the freeway which was very close but we were dead tired. In the morning, we let the dogs run in the huge open field right across the street. Fast foods and Dennys just a few blocks away. It was absolutely perfect for the night.

Let me say the good parts 1 st. The park looks fairly new and very clean and lit at night.there is a highway close but hey if you don't want to hear traffic you should not stay here the traffic did not bother me. The staff has been nice and friendly with the exception of the manager. There is clearly anger and memory issues involved. I called and spoke to him for a reservation I asked about my 3 boxers and was told ok and also that I needed to stay over for 10 days. We get here and the same man that I spoke to said that no one called but let us stay. I then after 6 days needed to store my rv I

A great place to stop on a long road trip. Spaces were large and easily accessible. Particularly liked the pull through option especially as we arrived after dark. The grounds were clean and well maintained. You could hear the freeway off in the distance but not when you are in the trailer. Only minus was the restroom/ showers are not clean and well mani trained. Definitely had not been cleaned (floor) for several days.

Very friendly staff. Any questions just ask. The covid makes it not as good as it should be to the convienience of the in store for rv. Right now its closed as well as the laundry facility and bathrooms. When the opens this place will be awsome. For what it is it still is comfortable and feels safe. The price is right couldn't have any better and where else.

What a great find! Kit Fox is just off the freeway, but also within a quick walking distance to all sorts of fastfood and sit-down restaurants. Plus good shopping. Staff were extremely helpful. I called in the morning and asked to make a reservation. He asked if I wanted a pull-through or back-in. I said back-in was fine. He said I didn't have to make a reservation (would have charged 3% with a credit card--and those pennies do add up!), but guaranteed we would have a spot. We got there at about 5:45 (office closes at 6) and he said he had a pull-through available, but recommended we drive down

Descent RV park all though bathrooms were locked & laundry was in office & it closes at 6:00, weird. Short stay sites are gravel but level, very close to your neighbors. Stayed here 3 nights, no issues. Some grassy spots to walk our dogs. Food & gas very close. Right off highway but not noisy except for road outside park that people would rev & haul butt down but not late at night or at least I didn’t hear while sleeping.

I left a message to make a reservation and received a call back a few hours later. The gentleman that helped me was very nice and helpful. The price for a pull through spot with full hookups was remarkably reasonable!!!! We arrived after hours so the office was closed but the club house doors were open, upon entering I found our assigned spot identified on a dry erase board with check-in instructions nearby. We had the option to come back to pay in the morning or fill out a check-in form and give my CC info that they would shred after processing (you drop it through a slot in the office door

There were lots of older trailers, parked that appeared to be full timers. However well kept. But the Park was very clean. Checked ourselves in. As instructed by their office. As it was Xmas day. The clubhouse was open . With nice big screen tv on. Spotlessly clean . With a nice kitchen . Very nice laundry area.. in club house . The camping spots weren't real big . But were nice . Didn't use shower area. The bathrooms in the area we stayed were clean. Quiet at night. Within walking distance to restaurants. Office staff were very nice. The park is definitely headed in a downward trajectory. Checked in 4-29-19
Don't know what's going on but we have stopped here 7 or 8 times over the past 4 years. We called to make a reservation and no one returned our call, we arrived and received an envelope to deposit the camping fee (no credit cards) Oh, no internet password until three hours after we requested one. So not only is the customer service nonexistent, but the shower area has been taken over by homeless people. So not only did we have to tolerate the filthy state they left the bathrooms, we had to awaken to fights at 0600

Stayed one night, in a 40ft motorhome, Saturday July 23rd, 2017. Showed up at 9pm and then left at noon. We noticed ants (inside!) when we first woke up at 8am; my wife sprayed raid outside for 20 minutes trying to halt their effort. Apparently to no avail. It is 8 pm on Sunday (8 hours down the road) and we are still fighting ants. Hundred and hundreds of ants. Just wandering the floors and walls. We were only there for 15 hours and we have an ant infestation to deal with. We told the front desk lady and she said she has heard of that recently. What!?! Why not warn/inform us and let us make the
