December 8, 2021-Work began for the new roof. Siding Installation (work began on or about December 20, 2021) and windows and doors wrapped. We were hoping for a mid-November start date, which we found out could not be accommodated due to product/material availability which affected the schedule. However, we had a good experience with Exterior Medics for our update/upgrade of our home at Keeler Street, in Alexandria, VA for new siding, gutters and a new roof. Our representative, Ron Rodriguez, was very responsive when we reached out to him with questions and concerns

We had a great first experience with Exterior Medics. After a thorough conversation with Julien, we chose a high quality storm door for our front door. Due to supply chain/manufacturing issues, we waited months for the door to arrive (not the fault of Exterior Medics) but when it did, it was installed professionally and correctly. They did a fantastic job and we're thrilled. Costs run toward the high side based my research, but I believe we made the right choice. As a remodeling contractor who just didn’t have the time to get our basement windows replaced, I was pleased to do business was with Tony from Exterior Medics. Everything takes longer to get these days, and I appreciated Tony checking in with me regularly to let me know what was going on, even when it was news that the windows weren’t quite ready yet. He kept me in the loop.
The two gentlemen who came to install were professional, friendly, and clearly knew what they were doing. I plan to let them do the rest of my windows soon.

We had all our shingles, gutters and downspouts replaced. The trim was repaired at two places. A short section of gutter was added and some downspouts were rearranged. Paul, their rep for us, listened to our concerns carefully and came up with a set of remedies. We are well satisfied with the results. If you need to have a new roof and especially if you have particular issues to take care of, Exterior Medics is a good choice. The name of the company is very appropriate.

He gave us a detailed presentation of the existing issues and how roof replacement could resolve these issues. Their process is very detailed and professional. We got two quotes for replacing all of the gutters on our home with 6 inch gutters. Exterior Medics' quote was considerably less expensive, and Ron, who came out to give us the estimate, was incredibly helpful and responsive (I texted him a few times afterwards). The crew worked quickly and efficiently, and Tony, our project manager, sent them out a couple times to adjust a couple things to our preferences. The gutters and downspouts look great. We're very pleased with the responsiveness and work of Exterior Medics.

All the staff was very professional and the detail of the roofing services offered was excellent. The presentation about the company, the evaluation and inspection of the roof from the inside and outside was impressive. I also appreciated the honesty of the answers to questions and realized that there were items that were not needed. No sales pitch just facts about the job. As with many companies, the job needed to be scheduled which was about six weeks after contract signing. The quality of the work was superb! Masonry and rebuilding an awning with gutter was professionally done. The subcontracted deck preparation and staining team was not. Half of the prep time for the deck the crew was just streaming videos and texting others. Needed to bring manager to site. I will update after winter whether the quality of the prep work was worth the $$$.

Over the past year I have been getting various things done around the VA homestead. One thing that I had resisted for 17 years was the installation of a "storm door." I worked with Yong to get an estimate to replace an exterior section of brick veneer with a window. They ran into unexpected problems and additional damage once the Team tore down the wall but they gave me options, and I switched to siding instead of real brick. Overall, I'm very happy with the outcome and how it looks. I would use them again, and I hope we can strike a good deal on a new roof when I'm ready.

At the recommendation of a friend, we hired Exterior Medics to remove and replace our existing gutters. The estimator came out on time, did an assessment, and listened to our needs to adjust the standard gutter work they do. The workers appeared on time and had the entire job finished in a single day. Everyone was polite, and other than a stray nail, the property was left as clean as it started.

After my review and tons of emails,my husband gave in and contracted Home Exterior to do our siding. Heck, I guess he also was tired of dealing with quotes. The work is done... very happy with the results. Crew that came to the house was very good, respectful and helpful, although messy (destroyed my patio), they blame it on the rain I blame it on absence of care:(. Anyway, even though the whole process was a pain (getting them to come to the house, quote, start of the project and the length it took from start to finish) we are happy with the work they've done. I recommend HE to hire more

EM did sliding job for my house , they did an ok job. They had to go back and refinish the job the second time , did not complete the job the first time .
Overall the workmanship was good but for the money I paid , the job should be completed the first time. I would think twice to use them on my other properties . Over rated !
