In virtually all family law cases involving children, one parent will be expected to pay child support to the other parent. Generally, the Court will specify that one parent has the right to establish the primary residence of the child and the other parent will be expected to pay child support to the other parent.

If you are looking for someone who truly cares about the their clients, do not use Josh Woodburn. My boyfriend tried to use him in a child custody case and he was unable to get any thing accomplished. He was late to court, not prepared, after court he was impossible to get a hold of. His assitant was very poor at sending important information. Josh drafted one set of papers and expected my boyfriend to sign them for the least amount of time with his son. He did not want to fight the case at all. When he finally was able to get a hold of anyone at the office it was to pay more money. Josh's exact

I most definitely recommend him. He help my fiancé when it comes to child support and guided us through what is best and was easy to talk to. We are very thankful for Josh and his assistant Cristina they completely took that weight off our shoulders and made the whole situation a lot more easy to go through.
