B.A.T.man Janitorial is owned and operated by Rebekah and Blayne Terril. In 1996, B.A.T.man Janitorial "opened" its doors with its very first commercial client. We still have that client all these years later. Today, we have many long-time clients; both commercial and residential. When we first started, it was just the two of us, but since then, we have expanded to include several employees.
Before Blayne and Rebekah met and were married in 1995, Rebekah operated a business offering organization and personal assistance services. These included office and home organization, concierge services, shopping services and secretarial and bookkeeping services. In addition, Rebekah, provides full-service property management as well as property supervision for seasonal clients.

Services
This is usually scheduled weekly or bi-weekly. This is generally a light cleaning of high traffic areas including bathrooms, kitchens, hard surface floors and carpeting plus a light, dry dusting of all areas with polishing, as needed. This is usually scheduled every three to six weeks. Thorough cleaning methods provide for longer results between cleanings.
This service goes beyond the basic janitorial services listed previously. It is an expanded service designed to keep your business looking its best. These extra services can be scheduled monthly, quarterly or semi-annually according to your needs. This is the ultimate in janitorial services. Just as a house needs an occasional spring cleaning, your business will benefit from one too.
We help you sort and discard unwanted or unused items. Next, we establish a designated place for items that you want to keep and put everything in its place. In addition, each space we help you organize will be thoroughly cleaned. Clutter can be an emotional issue and we understand that different people keep things for different reasons.

Real Property Management Coeur d'Alene has worked with Batman Janitorial for a year & half with move ins, move outs & vacation rentals. We have been working with B.A.T.man Janitorial at Kootenai County EMS for just over a year now and we are extremely happy with their service. We have experienced excellent communication, consistency, and follow thru. Rebecca constantly goes the extra mile to help us solve problems.
