My practice has gone through many changes over these years but I cannot be more excited about the most recent changes. I am a firm believer in holistic health and that doesn't stop at chiropractic care. I feel that other alternative health options in conjunction with what I do can have a dramatic effect on a patient's well-being.
I tried everything to help relieve the symptoms: rest, over-the-counter medications, physical therapy, massage therapy, walking less (I am a walker). I even took up swimming and using a stationary bicycle as recommended by an orthopedic doctor. All helped, but not completely. The pain, and particularly the swelling, just didn't go away.
Each patient is special! Dr. Baratta has kept me walking and I rate him #1 on my list and Roberta is so loving and caring, too. If you want relief, see Dr. Baratta! Dr. Baratta is amazing and has diminished lower back pain that I’d been suffering for over 3 years. I’m a runner and pretty active but sit most of the day during work and was dealing with an almost constant low-grade lower back ache.
Dr. Baratta shared a series of stretches to target this area and through his gentle adjustments within the… first visit resolved the pain I’d been suffering for years.
We refer him to all of our friends who ever have similar issues and understand that he has similarly eliminated pain they have been dealing with.

Wonderful service always at Baratta Holistic Center. Dr Baratta is the best. He listens and then treats in the best way he can for me. Never asks for more appts then what is necessary for my condition. He is firm but gentle and a very talented Dr.

The best experience I have had with a chiropractor! The front desk receptionist I believe her name Is Jamie as so nice ! She was helpful , explained everything well & was so accommodating as soon as I walked in . The doctor was amazing ! He asked me really thorough questions about my pain & medical history . Even though I don’t have a major accident even didn’t discount my pain & put me on treatment plan right away . After the initial exam he wanted to do some therapy with what seemed like a big TENS machine & then adjusted me back . This the 1st time in 3-4 months I have felt any type of relive

My Chiropractor moved to a new location and so I needed to find a new Doctor near me. I found Baratta Holistic Center on Yelp. I am so thankful I did. I work in healthcare and have a physically demanding job. I am in pain a lot and need regular care. Dr. Baratta was so professional, kind and thorough. I can tell he is very precise and knowledgeable. I immediately felt better and have a follow up this week. I was very overdue so I will need a couple of visits to get back to feeling 100%. Today was my very first experience with a chiropractor. I had cervical spinal surgery almost a year ago, and I am currently 7.5 months pregnant.... so my anxiety was through the roof! Dr. Baratta was THE BEST!!! He made me feel very comfortable. He explained everything so I could understand it. He talked me through every adjustment, and made sure I was not in pain after each one. I found Baratta Holistic Center via Yelp and Sac Magazine. It was great because they also are on my insurance plan. I was able to get an appointment quickly and Dr. Baratta is kind, professional, and knew exactly what I needed. My problem isn't immediately solved, but I have had more relief after two sessions than I have had with 6 months at the doctor (including Physical Therapy, Specialists, Cortisone Shots, and prescriptions). I am so glad I decided to try an "alternative" because it doing more for me than the traditions. I am a scaredy cat when it comes to things like this

She is amazing at finding and working out muscle tension, and utilizes a variety of techniques as warranted. I started coming to Dr. Baratta last month. He and his staff are amazing. I'm usually greeted by Brenda who is always fun to talk to and on top of everything. She will send you a reminder text every time to make sure you don't miss an appointment. The massages here are amazing. I leave feeling relaxed and happy every time I visit. The massage therapists have strong hands and great knowledge of the body/muscles.
Dr. Baratta is very kind and genuine. He takes the time to talk to you and hear about your issues. He's got a great bedside manner. I'm so happy I found this place!

I have been coming here now for past few weeks for massages to help with my Chronic Pain from Serious Neck back injuries. The massages are so wonderful! All the employees are pleasant and very good at their trade. It gives me enormous relief for several days from muscle spasms and reduces my pain level. I'm a military combat veteran that has suffered many injuries, and I struggle with a lot of back pain. I've been coming here for 3-4 months now and my mobility has greatly improved, and pain had reduced. I come in weekly for massages and adjustments, and I always leave feeling great. I found this place on Yelp and read the reviews and decided to make an appointment. I'm experiencing lower back/knee pain. They were able to book me the same day I called, which I was very pleased. The office was very inviting and very clean. The receptionist was very helpful and nice. Barratta was very professional and listened to all of my needs. I felt very comfortable and I truly felt he was concerned and wanted to find out why I was experiencing some pain. I never felt rushed and overall my body feels great. I was in an automobile accident in December of 2016. I needed to seek treatment as soon as possible. I did some research and came across Dr. Baratta's Holistic Center. I chose his office based on external reviews, holistic approach, convenience, and multiple sources of treatment he catered in his office.
