Really like the fact she asked what products I use in my hair, how much time I spend on it, etc. plus she really examined my hair before she washed and started cutting. I appreciate the time she took, I never felt rushed. She answered all my questions and I left with a new haircut that works for me!! Very 😃 happy customer, Plus i found a new place to get my hair done!!

Exceptional Experience. So glad I found the salon! My boyfriend read all the reviews and after my appointment with Bruce, I knew I made the right choice. My hair looks great - he's a magician. Upscale, but warm friendly and inviting with the key emphasis on customer service. After 5 different salons from Sarasota to Cape Coral, I found THE BEST ONE!

I LOVE this comfortably open, airy, clean Cape Coral salon! Each staff member is welcoming and highly professional. As soon as you walk in the door you’re acknowledged and offered water, coffee or wine. I’ve never had to wait for my stylist and the salon is unique in that they all work together to provide you the best experience. There are several stylist that equally specialize in certain techniques such as root color, partial/full highlights or lowlights, short or long hair cuts, etc., so when it comes to scheduling an appointment the availability is greater to meet your needs. I am here from out of town caring for my elderly dad who had heart surgery. I've missed my own hair appointments twice for various reasons. I took the chance and called the salon. Everyone was very courteous from the front desk receptionist to the lady when I was leaving. Initial questions were followed up and answered. Everyone wearing a shield or mask. I was so happy with the hair style Michelle gave me. A perfectionist! I have thick gray wavy hair and stopping color. She never tried to sway me and took time finding an easy and nice style. First time there and I got my hair trimmed. My hair is to the shoulder so it was trimmed to smooth the ends. I mentioned one side was longer, but she insisted not. The next two people I ran into said one side was longer. But here is the real issue I was charged $68.00 for my trim. The highest in town! My fault for not asking prior to the appointment, but I feel that was highway robbery. Won't be back.

I had to have my haircut to a much shorter style for my job and I was very nervous. My hair was down to my hips and shorter hair is not usually my style. My dad recommended I have his old friend Bruce do my hair at his salon in Florida. We were in Florida on holiday and we are from Louisville Kentucky. He cut all of my hair off and made it absolutely beautiful!!! I let him do whatever he thought would work best for me and I absolutely love it! I have been very pleased with my results with my three visits. The owner and staff are Courteous, professional and there is just a great vibe in the environment. Bruce knows hair- and I have loved my styles and color. Heather did a fantastic job with my keratin - so smooth and shiny - I felt totally confident with her expertise. In the past, I have paid less but with much less than perfect results at other salons. Their products are high quality and the staff very knowledgeable. Think I will stick with these guys!

Money wise absolutely soaked. Left it up to Bruce, blonde hair suddenly had dark roots. May be the style now but not for me. Was I asked what was going to happen with my roots no! I did did ask as I assumed! wrong that it would be in keeping with my blonde hair.

From my first visit here to months later, every person on staff has been very personable. I love how they work as a team and make sure that I am comfortable, understand each step of the process, makes nice conversation, works each visit to make me want to come back and I feel pampered.
Bruce in my opinion is the best in knowledge and hair technique.

We are snowbirds down here in the Cape Coral area from cold Vermont... After conducting a lengthy search for a reliable, reputable salon that is confident with the Balyage technique I found Michelle The moment I first walked into the salon I was greeted warmly. Michelle and I clicked right away, I saw her for a hair trim first followed by a service called Nu Blond and then I put my total trust in her with getting a Balyage!!! She rocked it!!! Everyone in this salon from Bruce the owner to Michelle the hair artist and Samantha and Diana the wonderful receptionists are super warm, and personable

My wife called and made an appointment for a hair cut, she asked how much and they said it depends on the length of her hair, when the cut was done she was charged $42.00. She returned 9 months later for the same style hair cut and they charged her $62.00!! didn't understand why the $20.00 increase when her hair was shorter than before. Great hair cut but she will not be returning due to the fact she won't know how much she's going to pay for a hair cut until they decide themselves.

i was happy with my current colour and cut it just needed re doing as i had not visited a salon in the 8 weeks i had been away from home.
i had a consultation with Bruce he suggested something slightly different which i was happy to try.
Heather showed me around the salon and explained how they work and even showed me the colours out back. i used the salt scrub thoughtfully provided in the ladies room and then had a complimentary hand massage whilst my colour was taking.
