Services
Kelly's experience includes nutrition coaching, motivational interviewing, lifestyle management, and 1:1 and group training, as well as prenatal and postnatal training. Kelly founded Eclectic Wellness with a goal to help others make positive change for their health through nutrition and exercise. Kelly has always been involved in athletics, playing sports as a youth and field hockey at Roanoke College.
