From our initial visit with Danielle to the finished mini split install, it was a very courteous and professional experience. In 3 hours the install was complete. It is providing a nice heat level. We are extremely satisfied. Looking forward to the air conditioning this will provide.

Hometown was extremely efficient in all that they did for me. They had a site visit and proposal done with a week and the work scheduled with two weeks. Most other installers were giving me a 2-3 month wait time. The techs who came out to do the install were friendly and knew what they were doing. The heat pump works great.

Very friendly, professional sales people, answered all questions and provided alternatives and recommendations. Heat pump installation and electrical work was neat and efficient. Installer did the job as if he were doing it to his own home. A mirror below the minisplit location area had been moved prior to their visit and he located the unit so that when the mirror was reinstalled, it hung perfectly centered below the unit. His unprompted attention to this detail exemplified the pride he took in his work.

I can’t say enough good about our experience with Hometown Heat Pumps, Inc. They responded quickly with our request for an evaluation of our needs, followed by an excellent, coherent estimate. The installation appointment was not soon after we agreed on the terms. The installation went flawlessly by their professional staff. They left things clean, with nothing for us to do except put back the rugs and furniture we moved out of their way. In today’s world, they are heads and shoulders above everyone else.

The company was excellent. They gave us an appointment for an estimate for installing a heat pump in just a few weeks, and installed it just a few weeks later. Excellent service. Chase and his crew were informative and made sure all my questions were answered prior to leaving. A down pour of rain didn’t keep them from completing the installation . I love the even cooling system and can hardly wait to see how the heating system can save me money . Had a cancellation and was able to install our new Heat Pump the next day. Loving the AC feature- which is the total reason for having it installed. The installation guys were awesome- On time and got the job done with minimal mess (which they cleaned up) and in less then 3 hours. Loving our new AC Heat Pump System!

Hometown Heat Pumps was referred to us by a friend who was happy with their installation. Of the 3 places we had tour our home, listen to our needs, and give us quotes, we felt Hometown did the best job of really understanding what would best fit our situation and expectations and coming up with a creative solution within our budget.

I cannot say enough great things about Hometown Heat Pumps!! I had been searching for MONTHS for a company to install a heat pump for us in our new cottage in South China. Unfortunately, it is time to be honest. 2019 we entered into a contract to receive a heatpump, installed and running for a few that was paid. Since install the heatpump has failed 4 times. I requested service each time, josh came out reluctantly to temporarily fix the unit 3 times. Snide and sarcastic conversation ensued causing me to reject his business as irrelevant. Now, I called a professional to repair the damage. We gladly paid the fee. I have found through opinions from others that this is commonplace. I have never been treated as I have here, ever. Hometown installed new Daikin heat pumps on my house and did an incredible job. I received estimates from several other installers and I chose Hometown because price and their expert knowledge on the ideal layout. After installation, their design layout has performed very well keeping our entire home at a constant temperature. The interior and exterior components they installed are also aesthetically appealing. Their end product shows that they care about their work. I highly recommend them!
