Rise Beth Bill received her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. She has a broad range of experience in her field, including work with the visually handicapped, rehabilitation counseling with the mentally retarded, hospice work and career counseling. For the past thirty years, Rise has been a practicing psychotherapist in Honesdale, Pennsylvania, working with individuals, couples, families and children.
