I called to ask questions about shipping and one question became the best experience in purchasing a bike. This by far was the best customer service experience I ever had.
I was looking for a specific color specialized bike that they happened to have and being that I lived in the city my question was how was I going to receive it.

Very nice bike shop. the personnel here are great. went for a tune-up and got the bike back the next day and it felt like it was new again! these guys love talking about bikes and they let me test out a new road bike. I chatted with them about bike inventory etc and these guys were really passionate about bikes. It was good conversation. Very welcoming place and friendly staff

I went into this bike shop based off of online inventory. However with availability of bikes being scarce, the bike did interest wasn't available. The employee who attempted to help us was very knowledgeable of bikes. And also have me a great recommendation for an alternate brand and model. Although I didn't purchase anything that day, I felt very valued and informed.

I went there to look around things i can get to make my ebike better. The attendant hook me up with some slick tires and a cool helmet. Good thing is this items did not break the bank. Amazing, i just casually went there not expecting to buy and ended up getting few things for under 160.
I like the locations and i have to come back so they can swap my current tires for this new ones i got! 😃😃

Outstanding and friendly customer service and total professionals about bicycles. I've been coming here for over 20 years and they are knowledgeable about every aspect of bicycles. Review is long overdue, but better late than never! I purchased my dream road bike back in January from JV Bicycles, which had been a very pleasant experience. I purchased my bike online on their website and the store gladly held onto the bike for me until the weekend. The bike was in brand new condition and was never test ridden when I picked it up. There were some accessories that were missing when the bike was shipped to the shop from Specialized. I've been here a few times before and felt confident, asking for their professional opinion. They had a few model hitch bike rack & demonstrated on how simple it was to use.
They guided me on which Hitch to purchase for my vehicle before my purchased & the different types of bike racks that were available. They were very professional

I stopped by with my neglected and rusted Schwinn for so much needed love
Within a few hours, it looked and rode like whole new bike - Rust removed, everything adjusted and totally clean. They guys are sweet as anything - very knowledgeable and provide great service.
I highly recommend James Vincent Bikes whether you are a serious rider, or a brand new one. The prices are reasonable and the service is great!

I took my very energetic 8 and 6.5 year old boys here to get them their first BMX bikes.
The staff was super cool and my kids got to test out the bikes both inside the store (endless laps of careful fun!) and outside on the long, straight sidewalk.
We worked with Dan, and he tweaked and customized the bikes for height and brake tightness and seat angle and lord knows what else!! I just kept seeing him go up and down the stairs with the bikes until the boys felt they were perfect. There's nothing more important to a Mom, than feeling 100% confident that her kids are riding top quality bikes
