I love Dr. Hutson, the nurses and MA’s that work at this facility. They are very kind, understanding, and always willing to help you. They make coming to this office worth while. The front office staff on the other hand is the worst office staff that I have had to deal with at any doctors office that I go to. Cindy is the rudest, most unhelpful and unkind front desk staff that I have ever had to deal with. I have been to this center 2 times. Once for my annual exam and once for another issue. The first visit was totally fine. Everything went well. Then, most recently, July 2021, I was there for an issue I was having. I called and asked if they could do an ultra sound. I was told yes. So, in terrible pain, I went in expecting an ultra sound to be done since that is what I made the appointment for. I do like going to the women's center, tho it does take about 4-5 months to get in.
I have seen Mary NP twice & is very knowledgeable! I have seen Paula RN and she is also very good.
While waiting for my appt. the front desk phone rang off the hook, yes this practice is busy- I'm not sure why the negative review
for "practice not taking new patients."
Alot of MD providers aren't taking new pt, just try someone else!
Shout out to Kimberly at front desk she was so pleasant & helpful-she didn't rush thru my check out! Scheduled another appt for F/U within a week

I think it's so unprofessional for a "MD" that cares about woman's needs would take the measures to fire someone from the practice as a patient that she doesn't even see. I've been seeing a NP at this facility for my annuals and hormone therapy who by the way is an outstanding NP and individual. Never had an issue until I wrote a Yelp review that was 100% accurate regarding Dr.Hutson and her husband Steve Madison who by the way is the office manager who is never in the office. I lost my job over a year ago here and they barely had the nerve to send me a certify letter

I've been seeing Dr. Mary for years, I've never had any issue till she moved here. During the beginning of Covid they wouldn't let me see her and told me she moved so I could not see her anymore. Then a few months later my they called my sister to set up an appointment for me?? Not my mother , my sister?? Not to mention we're all adult who make our own appointment... I called multiple times and they would play phone tag with me instead of calling at reasonable times. They finally scheduled me back in February for AUGUST . Dr. Hutson is not only a fantastic and accomplished Doctor, but she is warm and caring. I saw Dr. Hutson for the first time yesterday and she spent quite a bit of time asking me questions and making sure that I was informed and comfortable. The office is very impressive, spotless, and has an almost "spa-like" atmosphere. The staff is welcoming and professional. I would highly recommend Dr. Hutson and her team!

I'd been having physical issues for years, and my previous GYN seemed reluctant to deal with my concerns, so I asked around, and Dr. Hutson was recommended to me. As I'd mentioned, I'd waited for years to deal with my issues, so waiting a little longer made no difference to me. If my problem was more urgent, I'd have made an emergency appointment with my primary care physician or gone to an ER. DR. Hudson is an amazing provider! I was seen in the ER last week. She happened to be on call and was called in for a surgery consult for the problem I was having. She came in in the middle of the night. She was so kind and compassionate. I truly felt she was concerned about my comfort level before and after surgery. I strongly suggest DR. I haven't gone to the medical side, but the beauty side of the business is very impressive. They have all the latest devices. I've had treatments with Taylor and she is by far the most through.technician. Taylor takes a real interest in helping you achieve your beauty goals. She has successfully helped me treat some weird skin issues. It's really a great place with a friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Just literally called to ask a simple question and the lady that answered had a very bad attitude, I can tell just by the way she was talking, her tone of voice said it all. Very unprofessional and should not be working in this type of profession. Be more professional or find a different profession with that attitude!

This is my second visit to this office and I'm very happy with their service, especially my nurse practitioner, Hannah Sauer. She is very professional, yet warm and compassionate. I see her for my annual check up and she does DO a thorough evaluation of my overall health, not just physically, but of my overall emotional well-being as well. I especially loved that she already reviewed my chart before seeing me. She understood my concerns and reasons for anxiety, and she was quick to alleviate my fears. If I could give this place negative stars, I would. 1 Star is way too generous. This office put me through absolute hell and never even bothered to apologize. I went in for my my first pap on 11/2/18 and left so humiliated. When I got there, I texted my friend while I was in the waiting room and told him I was nervous because the staff was so rude. The nurse practitioner, Mary Patterson, was not warm and I was not comfortable. During the pap, I repeatedly told her I was tense, I was in pain, I was nervous. I got an IUD in January and my doctor was very nice. Her assistant was too.
However, I called today to get a check up appointment because I've been having minor issues that I'm concerned about and the front desk was very rude.
Not exactly what you need to hear when you're panicking about your health.
She directed my phone call to a voicemail where I left my info, so hopefully scheduling won't be an issue.
Edit: Got a phone call back from Jessie right away. She was very helpful and informative! Luckily I don't need to go back for a check up, which is a huge relief

Attempted to make an appointment with Dr Hutson for an urgent gyn problem, not a Well Woman exam. After being on hold for 5+ minutes, I was abruptly "disconnected." Called back and before the receptionist would even acknowledge that they were accepting new patients, I was quizzed on my insurance. After passing the insurance query, I was asked what I needed to be seen for and was told that I would be scheduled with the NP...but not for SIX MONTHS! It didn't matter whether I needed to be seen ASAP or in the future for a routine gyn visit.... SIX MONTHS! After working for an OB-GYN

I am a huge baby when I have to do anything medically and get really nervous and anxious and have on occasion fainted at different doctors. I have told the couple drs I've seen here what a sensitive person I am and they have taken amazing care of me. It can be embarrassing to be such a scardy cat of the Dr as an adult but they have always talked to me like I'm normal and make me feel really cared for. This 1 star rating is only in reference to the APRN, Cookie Bible. If I could dissuade any woman from seeing this practitioner, I will. She is a horrible provider. Horrible. This woman needs to retire. Her answer to everything is to have a hysterectomy. Not to be ageist, but it's clear she hasn't had any recent education.
