Honestly, this was the best contractor experience I ever had! He picked up the phone whenever I called, and promptly answered my texts, even if it was just to tell me that he would call me right back, which he always did. His communication and care for his customers is second to none! We had some nice phone conversations too. And his crew did a fantastic job replacing the roof on my rental property. I highly, highly recommend 12 roofing.
