Shannon is a nationally recognized award winning photographer based in Colorado Springs. She is a two time Profession Photographers of America 1st place recipient of the Grand Imaging Award in Children Portraits. In 2021 in addition to her 1st place in Children's portraits she also won the prestigious over all 1st place trophy among over 5000 images entered.
Shannon has been featured on the cover Professional Photographers Magazine on multiple occasions and holds a Master Photographer degree, and is also a Certified Professional Photographer through The Professional Photographers of America. In addition she also has an Associates in Applied Arts Degree for Commercial Photography form the Art Institute of Seattle.

This is a 1 hour photo session for children, families (6 people or less), seniors or maternity clients. No less than 30 images will be presented in the final gallery. These unique sessions will bring your child's wildest imagination to life.
This session includes a 30 minute planning meeting, and up to a 1 hour shoot, after the session I will edit your image adding a little extra love and creativity to create a vision only your child could imagine.Princesses, Knights, Super hero's, the sky is never the limit. One image will be designed and edited to perfection and printed on your choice of wall art.

We hired Shannon to take our family photos last fall. As we had moved from California I wanted a fall photo for our house. She was amazing and worked with my kids to take photos they all love. My children are older and we know the time is fleeting so to have these memories is priceless.

Shannon is a true gem. Unparallel talent, grounded and honest, genuine and kind. She’s a true artist and blows my mind every single time. From the first time we met her, she’s been nothing but patient and loving with my children. She genuinely cares about you and your family and creates amazing heirloom quality works of art. My sister introduced me to Shannon when my sons and I visited Colorado. I am so thankful that she did! For years, Shannon has been taking photographs of my beautiful niece. I had always wanted portraits of my boys captured and created by Shannon. She captured the best smiles and each child’s personality! My only suggestion is that Shannon moves to the Fl panhandle!

I hired Shannon to take my daughter's senior pictures. I am a photographer myself, but I specialize in newborn photography, so I wanted to make sure to hire someone who specialized in child, family, and/or senior photography. She was our top choice! We drove up from Arizona, and the 15 hour drive, one way, was totally well worth it! I had such a hard time narrowing it down, because they were all so beautiful! Shannon was so sweet and professional, too, making the entire experience amazing for us!
