You know the experience of pulling up to a traffic light next to a car with an insanely loud, pounding sound system that drowns out your music and shakes your car so hard everything rattles? That is what tonight has been like at the bunkhouse except it doesn’t end as fast as the red light… the night club next door starts at 8:30 and is still going just past midnight. Not a chance of getting any sleep
This is too bad because the place is nice, management is friendly and the location, other than being next to the night club, is convenient

It's a great place to stay if you're in need of a place to stay over night, but if you're planning on staying 4 days.

The rooms are right next to a super loud bar that stayed open until 2 am. The room itself was comfortable enough although it was really small. The bed was comfortable and the ac worked fine. I’ll look for another place probably for my next visit.

Very fast and good service, the room was clean, neat and had lots of amenities. It was just a lil small and you can hear everything from the motorcycles driving by to the people coming in late but the location was great!

Last minute reservations landed us a Suite at Bandera Bunkhouse for Labor Day Weekend. Very clean, roomy, comfortable bed, and cold A/C. We will be back.

The room was comfortable and nice and big, especially the bathroom. We enjoyed the comfortable bed, but it was very loud at night as the rooms are directly next to a bar that is open very late. The hot water heater was insufficient for keeping the water warm long enough to fill the big soaker tub that we would have loved to use. We could only get enough hot water to fill it maybe 1/4 full. Also the outside units were not marked with room numbers which made it difficult to locate our room in the night.

Very nice and comfortable room, no maid service knocking on your door early. Spent 3 night here, was great. Room are comfortable and roomy, easy walking access to shops & restaurants. Owners are friendly and I communication was great. Thank you for a wonderful mini vacation.
