Dr. Kevin Smith, D.P.M. was the first podiatrist in the Quad-Cities to offer MLS laser therapy to his patients. My appointment with Dr. Smith began within 5 minutes of the scheduled time. He is very friendly and professional. He reviewed what was done at the previous appointment and why. Then he discussed options for proceeding and which one he recommended. He adjusted the orthopedic insert and trimmed a troublesome toe nail while we talked about the need for modifying time and activity level in order to allow healing to occur. I left with a positive plan for improvement.

Dr Smith was very attentive and very professional. He did a very good job on my foot surgery. He is very caring when it came to me and my foot process. His staff is Awesome! They are very kind and courteous and very professional. I'm going to miss my visits where I would talk to them. Awesome place. Would highly recommend his services.

I had a terribly deep cracked heel that I could barely walk on. II called at 4:15 on a Friday night (as a new patient) and told the very nice receptionist my issue. She offered me an appointment as soon as that coming Monday morning! When I got there, the staff were all super nice and professional. Dr. Buckrop took great care of my foot and helped me tremendously. I’ve since had a follow up appointment and was treated the same way by all staff. Great podiatry office practice and I’ll continue to go there and refer my family and friends! Very happy!

I felt completely comfortable from the time I came into the office until I left. Dr. Smith explained everything in clear plain language. I left knowing he really cares about my footcare, as does his entire staff. Everyone was genuinely friendly & kind & had wonderful smiles. A friendly doctor and staff means alot and makes a lasting impression on a new patient. Most of all I know my footcare needs will be taken care of. I give them all a ten.
