They were very helpful and honest. I brought my old bike in to be overhauled because I needed it to be in good shape and be reliable to get me back and forth from my new job. It needed to so much work, I was told honestly I'd be better off just buying a new bike. So now I own a brand new 26" Liv which I love! A great bike, I get off work at 10pm and I'm home (on the other side of town) within 30 minutes! Thanks FunSports!

I came here to buy my granddaughter a bike helmet. She just turned six and I had no idea which size she needed. JC was so sweet with my shy girl, she let him size her not only once, but for the color she actually picked to take home. He showed me how to use it and adjust it as well. Though I had an offer from the bike manufacturer to save $200 ordering online, I always try to patronize local businesses. This shop gave me no service, no instruction, not even help loading two ebikes, which cost almost $4,000, into a pickup. They didn't even push them to the door. I am 69 years old and I could have used some help. The boxes they gave me with miscellaneous stuff did not even contain any owner's manuals. Hands down the best bike experience that I've ever had. My oldest daughter, Eleanor purchased her first bike here. Jesse, our sports bike associate was super helpful, made the process fun, my daughter was able to take multiple bikes for a spin, he adjusted the bike to her needs, helped fit her helmet, told us the different basket add ons, was knowledgeable about the product, was not pushy by any means but considerate and knowledgeable when comparing products. Bought bikes for the kids, they love them, come here often for parts and accessories, cool atmosphere and love just hanging out and talking with the staff, great bunch of folks work here.

David helped me and he was seriously awesome! He knew exactly what what going on with my bike that I had purchased elsewhere. He fixed it and I was on my way in less than 30 minutes. He was super kind and helpful.

You are not missing out on anything special - Small bike and equipment selection. Purchased a nice Hawekee to get a taste of the MTB world - Eventually upgrade to a higher end Trek - However after the kinda Quick sales then you are on your own kinda mantra these guys follow, you are better off purchasing your biking needs elsewhere. The tune-up department is a complete joke without management. Needless to say I'm extremely disappointed with this location after my last couple of visits.

A great place for bikes. They carry high end bikes of various brands and of price. Associates in store are very knowledgeable and courteous. Excellent customer service and follow up.

Prices are reasonable and competitive. Store enforces mask and social distancing policies.

My hybrid Specialized bike had been sitting for a couple of years. A buddy recommended I take my bike in to have it checked out and prepped for riding. This was my first time visiting Fun Sport Bikes. I was impressed. James and Henry provided awesome customer service. I'm a semi-noob when it comes to bikes and both James and Henry were very courteous and knowledgeable. I got a tune-up and purchased a bike helmet. I had a great customer experience in this location and recommend this business to everyone!

Jay Hummer helped us out over the weekend and he is amazing! We enjoyed all the knowledge and background he shared with us. He gave good tips, things to consider, and offered a lot of good advice!

Went to FSB to purchase a bike for myself and the sales guy there was a condescending A-hole. From the moment we walked in he acted like it was a bother to help us or anyone in the store. After looking around and tryin to get help from him.. we left and went to World of Wheels to purchase not only my $800 bike but bikes for my whole family. They really need to educate their staff on proper customer service. I called Fun Sport Bikes on Friday. Ruth Flores talked to me about the bicycle that should suit my needs.

I came in on Sunday, September 6, 2020. I was greeted literally by everyone. Asking me how I was, what was I looking for. TJ Castle approached me and saw me looking at the Roam by Giant. We compared two models. He told me the benefits of one over the other. He suggested a test ride. It was 107° outside, but I was glad I got the opportunity to jump on board. I called and the service department stated that they don't take appointments. I took my bike in on Tuesday 8/25/20 afternoon around 4:00pm for a basic Safety Tune Up and Pressure wash for $65.00 and was told to go the next day that it should be ready by 6:00pm.

I called on Wednesday 8/26/20 around 3:00pm and was told that my bike was not ready but that it had been washed and that it should be done by 6:00pm. I show up at 6:00pm and my bike was not even touched yet and was told to go back in 20 minutes.

How is it that my bike sat there for an entire day and a half for a basic safety tune

I came in here looking for pedals for my Rat Fink. I have been to three different places and each time I left without the pedals I needed. Fun Sports was my last try before ordering online.

I was helped by a nice man with glasses who tried like heck to find what I was looking for but we struck out. I decided to walk around the store and low and behold the pedals were in the store. Hidden behind a shelf but still they had them in stock. Saweeeet. I was a happy camper. When I was purchasing them, I was helped by a nice girl.
