These guys have gone above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied after my hvac system stopped working after they installed an aftermarket radio. In the end it is my vehicle having issues, not the work they did. I also had them install a backup camera which works great, I just wish i would have gotten one with a wide angle view. Steve and his long hair installer are awesome guys to work with. I highly recommend getting work done with them, they will treat you like family!

I dropped my car off Friday afternoon, they told me they were missing a part but that they would still be able to finish by the end of the day. They stayed after close to finish my car. While they were showing me how to sync everything, I realized the head unit was not the one I originally wanted (missing ApplePlay). They said no problem and switched it right away. I apologized profusely, but they assured me it was no trouble at all. Great customer service, the guys are so nice. We'll definitely be back.

Great guys who do great work! I am beyond satisfied with my experience here and will most definitely be back! Steve was super friendly and talked me through my options and was patient with me, despite all of my questions. Travis and Jose were great with the install (and both have the best hair in the greater Pearland area!)

Do not go here, I had some work done the summer of 2012 and here's my story in a nutshell:
1. They took much longer to get all the parts than they told me. Gave them 2 weeks lead time and they still delayed my install.
2. They had a high mark-up on the parts. I prob could have gotten them for about 20% cheaper (but didn't have the time).
3. They substituted components on my parts list with much cheaper parts and never told me. I noticed a box that I didn't order in the pile when I dropped my car off...
4. had to redo the satellite radio antennae wiring as it couldn't maintain

Went to this place because my favorite shop in town closed, another shop I went to was busy and these guys weren't. Had a problem with a speaker cutting out. They told me it is the speaker even though I said I already had them replaced once - Fine - I believed them. I did not want to get expensive speakers in case the problem persists. I really should have done more research instead of making a stupid decision on the spot but I said OK to their "cheapest" speakers and got charged $150 for QPower speakers + install.
