Was very pleased with my visit, but after dealing with their billing department, I will not return. Took 2 months to receive my first statement, which was followed by only a few days with a very rude letter. After several attempts, I thought that I finally had a payment plan worked out. After making my first payment, I received a very rude phone call, acting as if I had robbed the federal reserve! After this, I WILL NOT return! I will pay off my balance, and will be looking for a doctor who really has a desire to care for his/her patients!

I recently went to this place the service was find and I was a first timer ,how ever I will not be going back if your on a budget I recommend not to go to this place they worry the hell out of you about making your payments to them. Also they complained about not getting a payment for the month of March when I payed March 1 and this nasty bill just came March 23 2009 . This is poor business since I told them I was on disability and could only pay on the 3 of every month this was made very clear by my phone call in feb. This book keeper lacks compassion and a clear lack of understanding
