Mark began residential renovation at the age of 17, shortly after a 600 mile move from Budapest, Hungary to Prato, Italy; where he became known as "Marco". His very first project was a residential bathroom renovation. Prato, Italy is the official birth place of Creative Construction 360, formerly known as Casa 360 Gradi.
Mark's first projects were renovating old wooden shutters and indoor painting for the neighborhood grandma, who still today is his dearest inherited "nonna". He worked as a pizza maker and a fix-all handyman, while earning his "Geometra" aka Contractor license equivalent. He studied as an apprentice alongside renowned Italian architect Marco Meozzi, with whom he later collaborated for his first large scale renovation project.

I can't recommend Creative Construction and Mark enough. He is easy to work with, honest and trustworthy. He sticks to his timelines, and the quality of his work is exceptional. I have never worked with a contractor who responds the same day to texts and answers all questions with a smile. I can't say enough good things about Mark.

Mark and his team redid our guest bathroom, and installed a new window/waterproofed a stucco wall, among other things. Mark is incredibly friendly, responsive, thorough, and very professional. His team was very prompt and friendly, and excellent in their field/skill. Basil, our tile guy, was like Michelangelo - very detailed and thorough! Mark made suggestions for materials, always consulted me on updates or changes, and clearly communicated any changes in the job or costs. Mark and his team are true professionals! He did a fantastic job creating a beautiful bathroom, laundry room and remodel of exterior guest house. He also did a lot of additional electrical and painting in our main home. He CAN DO EVERYTHING. He had creative design ideas, was always on time, clean work environment, great work ethic and workmanship. No detail was left unturned. We will definitely be using him again.

Mark did amazing work for us in our residence and one of our rental condos. Both homes were torn down to the studs. He can do LITERALLY EVERYTHING! Mark Katona does excellent work. He is honest and reliable. He has completed large and small projects for me. He painted the exterior of my home. I get so many compliments from neighbors passing by. He also tiled my downstairs and finished it off nicely with molding. Most recently his company installed lighting in my closet, sewing room, and den. It’s great to be able to have great lighting now. I highly recommend.
