Conquest Property Management, Inc., provides a broad variety of skilled services to property owners and tenants alike. Native Tylerites Jack and Robbie Cowan returned to East Texas from Dallas in the mid-1970's and began to purchase a few rental properties. Noting the lack of any company to manage residential real estate, they soon founded Cowan Property Management, Tyler's first to specialize in this unique niche market.
Jolie is a trained Real Estate Broker with more than thirty years in the property management industry! She is a leader and an expert in her field and is actively involved in all aspects of CPM. Ro is involved in all aspects of our office. She also makes sure all business matters are being taken care of properly and professionally for our tenants and owners.
We realize that leasing a home is a Big Deal. A lot of private information is required about you and your finances in the process. We deal with that information in a respectful, private, responsible way. And we protect it as long as you're our tenant, and beyond. Con-artist rental agency. They are great from rental to rental as long as you continue to do business with them. As soon as you move on expect a flurry of illegitimate charges. Charged $75 for cleaning an oven vent fan, that didnt exist. As well as 250 for replacement screen doors that didnt exist. As well as 350 for cleaning evaporator coils on an ac. That's not required by tenant. They may comment check your lease, I have I did. They have several Mark's against them on BBB website. Shady company, dont do bussiness here.

Our street has had the unfortunate experience of having one of CPM’s rental properties among us. The trees and exterior of the home have remained uncared for since they began to manage the property. They continually rent to young college students sharing rent & partying. We are plagued by suspicious activities, loud music, yelling, fighting and dangerous driving. The house is currently in disarray and looks like a dump. This is not a dumpy neighborhood. We have been in communication with local police due to these activities. Several neighbors have spoken to CPM manager Laura, to no avail.

We had to contact the Better Business Bureau in order to get them to change a useless water heater. Then after we left-with a 30 day notice-we cleaned the house immaculately. The blinds were spotless, the mirrors spotless, the window sills dust-free. We shampooed the carpets multiple times, and wiped everything till the property was MUCH better than when we moved in. They took almost our entire security deposit! Yet to our faces, they were all smiles, like we were best friends. But really, they are a den of thieves.

I have personally been renting from Conquest for the past couple of years and before that was with a partner who rented with them for nearly a decade. They have gone through some management changes over time and as with all property management companies, they have their ups and downs. With this last management change I can honestly say they have been much better and moving in the right direction as far as taking care of their tenants. Lived in one of their rental homes for over 3 years. Was never late on rent, always had stellar inspections on the house when they were completed, was perfect tenants actually. Upon moving out, they kept our whole deposit of $1,000 & then tried to add an add an additional $1,500 which they was going to buy a whole new dishwasher & cabinet for the house, plus other extras which was not our fault. The dishwasher & cabinet had been in place for years & had no damage that would warrant needing to be completely replaced. They also was not going to budge on their decision UNTIL we threatened to turn

Laura DiGeromalo worked as our agent for two different properties and she was responsive and helpful. Conquest is quick to fill maintenance requests and will work with you on different things. Can be expensive on itemizations for your deposit but most management companies are. Friendly and helpful would recommend working with them if you are looking for something in the Tyler area!

This company is really bad- and I'm a property owner. No one in the office cares about the property or the tenants. I was with this company for almost a year and cannot say enough about the lack of communication, the lack of interest and horrible maintenance issues. Run, run as fast as you can away from Conquest property management. My tenant feels the same way- They doubled her security deposit and charge ridiculous fees to pay online. Late fees are exorbitant even during Covid. They simply don't care.

First of all, Earlest is the BEST! She literally took our applications one minute, and the next minute her job was done. The process was super easy. I really want to rent from this company but I was told not to by several people. When I called to get information on a property the lady that answered the phone acted as if I asked a dumb question. I was completely turned off by the attitude she had when I asked questions like if the property was still available and how much would the rent be each month. She was so dry and snobbish acting and I can tell from that conversation that this was not a company I wanted to deal with. This place could be a little more friendly or enthusiastic at least. Every contact I've had with Caitlin and Laura has been a pleasure, from pre-move-in to post-move-in. And the quick response time we received on the maintenance requests we submitted upon move-in was fantastic.
