Katie has to be the worst employee in marketing. She’s been nothing but rude to me & has a lot of attitude. I never write google reviews, I usually don’t care, but the level of unprofessionalism that she has provided has sparked a fire in me to write this review. She’s overcharged for pretty much everything and has provided us with no functional deliverance. Can’t even make a secure payment processing system on the website and we paid over 4K for it. On top of that, I asked her to simply fix the email that she charged us for because I can’t access it and then she gave me nothing but attitude

We have been working with Katie for the past few weeks and we really have had an amazing experience. From smaller projects like sprucing up our logos to larger items such as redesigning our website. She has been on point, on budget and available whenever we need her! and as a local company on Aquidneck Island we love that she is local and able to meet and discuss items we need when a phone call or email just doesn't seem to cut it.
